We grew up skiing at Holiday Valley and raised our kids skiing out of the condo. We live 40 miles away on Chautauqua Lake, skiing in the winter and sailing in the summer.

We love to ski, hike and bike.
Skiing at the Valley, the fall colors, great biking and hiking. Music Festivals, great restaurants and shopping.
Great place. Very spacious and well appointed.
Very well preserved. The condo is extremely clean. It is however very dated to the time it was built. My young adult children enjoyed the time warp. My hubby's back did not enjoy the equally dated mattress. Very convenient location with a short uphill walk to slopes. Functional amenities for the most part except for a few things subject to ones interpretation. We found it lacking in ski storage and an area for booting up. Very small entry made it difficult for our party of six to return home with wet and slightly muddy gear. Stagger your return since there is no place to remove boots without standing in the small entryway. There were small carpet swatches in the kitchen over the carpeting but not large enough for six pair of boots, let alone for the three spare beds left open. There is no true master, it's the loft, which isn't very private, but was sufficient. The remaining rooms are twins/bunks; one full over twin. Gathering in the family room for tv was challenging as there was only seating for five. However there was seating for 12 at the table/counterspace. All in all it was worth what we paid to stay as you can't beat the on mountain proximity. If you are looking for for luxury, this is not for you. Very chill old school vibe.
Very conveniently located.
I bit old but in good shape.
We had a great time.
Nice open concept with big window to see nature (lots of birds).
This place never changes and works great for our family, including ski-in/ski-out access to the Chute chairlift. Already looking forward to next year!
We were here for a weekend getaway with our college age kids. Everything was very nice. House was very clean and well furnished. Kitchen had everything needed and was well stocked. We enjoyed the games and music collection. The proximity to the Chute lift is a plus. Would definitely stay again.
