The house itself is situated in a quiet and leafy street, well away from the hustle and bustle of London life yet only a short train/tube journey. Once through the front door you will find yourself in the entrance, it is to the left that a delightful living area awaits. There is ample seating for guests with a comfortable sofa and chairs. Wooden floors, coffee table, fireplace and a large flat screen television ensure this light, spacious room is great for a relaxing evening together. Running parallel to the lounge area, across the hallway is a large galley kitchen. Fine wooden work tops and fitted appliances ensure an incredibly high standard of finish. Add to this a large American style fridge freezer and you have a modern kitchen that provides guests with all their needs and more.
At the back of the house is an extension which hosts a wonderful light and spacious dining area which overlooks the garden. Accessed through both the kitchen and the living area this room stretches right the way across the width of the house. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and is a great place to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a Welsh dresser and comfortable wicker chairs for relaxing in whilst enjoying the garden views. Like this entire home, the garden is glorious. A round table with chairs and a parasol is the perfect spot to enjoy alfresco dining in the warmer summer months or just a morning coffee. The garden is paved with large flagstones and there is a range of potted plants, statues and fountains to enjoy. Further to the rounded table is another long table and chairs placed in a shaded area underneath an awning. Upstairs are two good-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master is an en-suite and features a king sized bed, flat screen television, bed sidetables and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has twin single beds which are split by a fireplace. Again it is a really good-sized room which is both light and airy. It to has a flat screen television and a desk.
