This is a unique and architecturally striking property with a very light interior, high ceilings and contemporary design. The very light open-plan kitchen is beautifully designed with white cabinets, a large island with hanging extractor fan and induction hob, this kitchen is both modern and stylish. There is an 8-seater dining table as well as patio doors opening on to a lovely patio with an additional, al fresco dining arrangement and a barbecue. A lovely floating staircase leads up to the mezzanine level, where an elegant sitting area is arranged. Through the living area and up another flight of stairs are two bedrooms and the family bathroom which comes fitted with a bath and overhead shower. The first bedroom has an elegant design with a single bed and matching patterned bedside table and chest of drawers. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed in wooden frame with matching beside tables, and built-in wardrobes. It also has the comfort of a modern en-suite shower room.

Another flight of stairs leads up to the top level, where the stunning master bedroom is situated. It has a grand double bed, mirrored beside tables and a pretty dressing table. Its modern en-suite bathroom is fitted with the comfort of both a bath and a separate walk in shower. The final bedroom has a smart single bed and a small book collection which guests may enjoy.

A very good stay in this house !

This lovely home is a brisk walk from the triangular-shaped expanse of Clapham Common, which is wonderful in the summer with its ponds and Victorian bandstand. It offers a large range of sporting facilities as well as open spaces for picnic lunches and walks. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants along Battersea Rise and the popular Northcote Road has a lovely selection of trendy cocktail bars and stylish boutiques.
