Disney 5 mins - 3 bed 2 bath pool/hot tub private family home

Perfect vacation home for visiting Disney. The King size master suite is a great retreat for couples after a long day at the parks. It has a Large flat screen TV, for late night movies and an inviting soaking tub and seperate shower in the adjacent master bathroom. Access to the private pool and hot tub from the bedroom is the icing on the cake. The two other bedrooms have two twin beds in each. One is winnie the pooh themed, the other is a quiet beach escape. The Family room has a large flat screen TV for family viewing.
The second bathroom can be accessed directly from the pool. Dining options are - a casual dining/coffe spot in the kitchen or an 6 place dining table for family gatherings, or alfresco by the pool. This home is in a great family friendly neighborhood, with plenty of parks and play areas. There are dozens of great restaurants and shopping close by to choose from. Or, pop back to Disney for more fun, its just a short drive away!

Great location. Quiet neighbourhood

This house is in a quiet community about two minutes from the US 192. It is about 5 mins from Disney so that's an advantage. The house was clean and Karen was quick to respond to a couple of issues we had over pool heat timing and air conditioning. There is all that you need for your stay (more crockery and cutlery than we have had in others). There are pool, table tennis and football tables in the garage. Kitchen area has a nice big dining area although we didn't use it. Lounge has a TV and cable/satellite. Nice private pool area with pool and hot tub.

Great holiday Villa

Great holiday Villa well situated for all the parks, particularly Disney. The villa has all the basic requirements to enjoy a self catering holiday and when you don’t want to cook there are numerous restaurants within a 5 mile radius. Only minor negatives would be that you can tell the owners don’t use the villa as a couple of items are missing, ie laundry baskets, tea spoons, etc. Pool area is also really good, pool a decent size and hot tub excellent, but very warm, again only negative comment would be that the outdoor cushions are getting threadbare. If going back to Disney would defiantly book again.

The property is in an excellent location, it’s extremely spacious, the pool and hot tub are great.

The property has everything that you will need for your stay, we didn’t want for anything. All rooms were a good size, having the two bathrooms was ideal. The pool and hot tub were brilliant, a great way to start or relaxing at the end of a long day. Outside seating area for eight is great for alfresco dining. The games room with full size pool table and air hockey were great. Kitchen was really well equipped. Washing and drying facility to save bringing home loads of washing or just take less clothes and wash them. Karen was a really good host, great communications from the start of the booking and throughout our stay. She has wealth of knowledge of the local area, and had super tips that helped us during our stay. A number of decent restaurants only one and a half mile away. Really close to Disney, 5-10 mins from Animal Kingdom. Choice of three large Supermarkets within 5 mins. The property is in nice peaceful estate. I would highly recommend the property for a great base to explore an enjoy. Thanks Karen.

This is a lovely one storey three bedroom property

Overall would recommend staying here. Pool is quite large and the hot tub is great. Location is handy for all the parks providing you have a car

Absolutely PERFECT!

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay for a full week. Less then a 5 min drive to all Disney parks including Disney springs, Walmart, fast food and Food Truck World. 25 min drive to Universal Studios and Vineland Outlet. Karen was super nice and so helpfully! We will definitely be back to this property!!!
