The ground floor is mainly open plan. Through the hall you will find the large, fully-equipped kitchen, with a granite topped island. There is a separate utility room with washer, dryer and sink. The main living room space has large comfy sofas and a bay window, as well as a warming fireplace to enjoy. The dining/living area features a large table which comfortably seats 10-12. There is a small sofa and a bookcase, overlooking the garden, which can be accessed through the double doors. The doors lead out to a large decked area with seating and pretty plants overlooking the lawn and flower beds. There is a paved area at the back and outdoors table tennis. There is also a downstairs WC. Upstairs, the master bedroom is a delight with a UK super-king sized bed, floor-to-ceiling white wardrobes with hanging and drawer space, bay window and views out to the pretty tree-lined street at the front of the property. The second double bedroom has a UK king sized bed, chest of drawers and views out over the secluded garden. The single bedroom next door to the master also houses an extra convenient pull-out bed, which sleeps an additional person (ideal for an extra child). The large family bathroom has twin sinks and a combined bath/shower. On the opposite landing, there is a compact bedroom with a small double bed and a shower room next door. On the top floor there is a den boasting a TV with Virgin Media (300+ channels) and games consoles (PS4 and Wii) - perfect for enjoying movies and a family games night. There is a sofa which pulls out into a double sofa bed. There is also a good sized shower room on this floor with a skylight.
