A luxuriously spacious 5 bed family home with impressive garden

On arrival into the property, which sits on a picturesque street of 1930’s style houses, a spacious hall with original corniced ceilings leads straight ahead to the eat-in kitchen at the rear and its adjacent play room/TV area. The kitchen is a light and airy space with sweeping wooden floors and modern facilities installed. There is a benched dining table which sits by the rear access to the garden, bathed in light from large patio doors. The adjacent, adjoining TV room has a wall-mounted plasma Television for guests to enjoy, as well as a play area with books, toys, music system and a foosball table. Both rooms have access to the back garden, which has a decked area for al fresco dining, as well as a large grassy lawn lined with trees and plants, with a children’s climbing frame and trampoline.

There is a formal bay-windowed living area also on the ground floor which is tastefully decorated and has an impressive fireplace. Guests can relax or entertain in this comfortable space which has a sofa, armchairs as well as a flat-screen Television.

Just off the kitchen is a pantry, utility room with a handy downstairs WC.

You will find four bedrooms as well as two bathrooms, one of which has a free-standing bath whilst the other is fitted with a walk-in shower, to suit all tastes. As you reach the landing you will find a spacious child’s room on the right with lilac walls and a single bed. Due to the size of the room, we are able to set up a double air bed to sleep two further guests (on request). Immediately opposite this is an equally spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed, book shelves and ample storage space. Along the corridor is a third bedroom which doubles as a smart study area with a king-sized sofa bed and interesting collection of books, allowing guests to use this space as a bedroom as well as a quiet reading/working space. The fourth bedroom is a minimalist and light room with a double bed and wardrobe.

The spacious fifth bedroom on the top floor has a single bed and children’s toys and books, however we can also bring in a double air bed should you require one. There is also a modern shower room on the top floor, for convenience.

House Rules:

No Pets, Parties or Smoking!

The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.

A lovely stay

Veeve was the management agency that helped us with the arrangements of our stay @ 46 Woodborne Avenue. Overall everything was really well prepared, from a spotless home, freshly made beds, towels, amenities to a greeter that explained everything to me about how the house works. Phone calls before and after we're made to check everything was going well.

Excellent experience

Our experience was just excellent. The house which really was so homely was perfect for Family stays and the fact that it was so nicely done with an amazing garden and kitchen / dinning space was just brilliant. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to London with Kids. Arrival into the home was done extremely well with a very nice greeter Racheal that explained everything to us and the cleaning / bedrooms / bathrooms were spotless with extra mattresses, clean sheets & towels. We also were able to entertain friends and family given the size of the home which was just great. Thank you so much to Tom and the Owners for making our stay so comfortable. We did our best to Ensure everything was looked after and kept clean & Organised while we stay there! Kind regards A
