As you step inside the property, you will find it has a clean and minimalist finish with white walls and wooden floors throughout. To the right is a 8-seater dining area with elegant hanging lights and an adjoining sitting space with a low-level sofa and a coffee table. The smart kitchen at the rear of the house has a cool monochrome finish with top-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, built-in oven, electric hob and microwave. There is also a handy utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The paved outdoor area offers guests the option of dining al-fresco on beautiful summer days.
The main living area is up on the first floor, with several windows looking out over the front street. It is centred with an L-shaped leather sofa facing a decorative fireplace and flat-screen TV. Next door is a good-sized bedroom with built-in cupboards and a king sized bed. Across the hall is the family bathroom fitted with a bathtub and overhead shower.
On the second floor there is a third bedroom with a king-sized bed and built-in wardrobes allowing ample storage space. The master suite is elegantly designed with a superking-sized bed and mirrored, fitted wardrobes, which make the space appear large and light. Its modern en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower enclosure.
There is a third shower room on the top level of the house as well as a WC on the ground floor. Additionally, there is a double air bed which can be set up to sleep a seventh and eigth guest.
