Why The Owner chose Putney

Set back from the road, this property is deceptively spacious inside. The ground floor benefits from a recent side extension, creating a beautiful kitchen and dining space overlooking the garden.

What makes this apartment unique

Please note the host's gardener will be popping in to spruce up the garden once a week.

Beautiful, spacious, modern home with a lovely garden.

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful, spacious, modern home with a lovely garden. It is about a 12-15 minute walk to the tube station but the area is very safe and clean. The hosts were very responsive when we called on a couple of minor issues and they were super friendly. As an American, I did miss my coffee pot. It was a fantastic experience. Thanks!

Pleasant stay here with a lovely private garden

  • 3 of 5

This home makes for a pleasant stay. The position is central and convenient and the pictures fairly accurate. It’s lovely having a private garden area. The kitchen is very nice but the lounge’s layout a bit staid and uncomfortable. The response to any requests excellent. Generally a satisfactory stay.

Tasteful house with wonderful garden in a great location!

  • 5 of 5

Tom’s place was great and exactly as described, it had all the facilities. The house was also tastefully done and had a classical feel. It Had all the utensils for cooking, huge kitchen and a wonderful garden. The railway lines are close and at a walkable distance. Little waitrose store is also at a walkable distance and you get everything there. The locality is peaceful and friendly. I could daily go for jog/walk happily. Within a mile Wandsworth common ground is there. It is a huge green ground. It has a small golf area as well. We went with our kids there and it was a big hit with them. The person Andreau (my spelling could be wrong, sorry about it) who handed over the house to us explained everything patiently. Thanks a lot to him. Overall we had a a great experience. Thanks a lot.
