Beautiful apartment with all you need for a young family with cot and high chair

Lounge has a large corner sofa bed, 2 arm chairs,coffee table and large HD TV. WIFI and all English TV channels is available on request for £25 per week. The dining area has an extendable dining table and 6 chairs. The apartment is air Conditioned throughout. Large terrace has lounging area with comfortable seating, The terrace is fully enclosed with floor to ceiling front sliding glass panels . The beautifully shaped swimming pool is clearly visible from the terrace and we have lots of loungers and chairs to relax or sunbathe on.

Newly fitted kitchen with every utensil, glassware and dishes. Washing machine, oven, microwave oven, large fridge freezer.

Newly fitted bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

We now have a brand new travel cot, bed guard and high chair so little ones are catered for.

The property is situated within a gated complex with parking.

The apartment is in a quiet area only 5 minutes walk to the local bars and restaurants 10-15 minutes walk to the beach front ( Luna Beach) with its lively beachfront Bar/ Restuarant , and 10-15 minutes walk from the supermarkets, pharmacy,bank & many delightful restaurants in the EL ZOCO area. It is a 35 minute drive from Malaga Airport and pre-arranged taxis are around £80 return.

It is 15 minutes drive from stunning Marbella & Puerto Banus and the same distance to the lively Fuengirola. This bright, modern apartment has been refurbished to a high standard to create a perfect base for an ideal relaxing holiday & excellent location to explore this beautiful part of Costa Del Sol and the coastal resort of Sitio Calahonda with its stunning scenery & miles of relaxing beaches. A vast array of excellent restaurants & bars, all within walking distance. You can even go on a 20 minutes stroll via the new coastal walkway to the beautiful port of Cabopino, boasting some of the best white sandy beaches on the Costa Del Sol.

• 15 minutes walk to the superb Luna & Royal beach's, including a boardwalk area.

• 10 minutes walk to numerous restaurants serving international cuisine (Spanish, Indian, Chinese, Swiss, Italian, Mexican, English), El Gaucho and Devines are recommended as child friendly and reasonably priced.

• 10 minutes walk to numerous pubs and bars and the lively resort of Marbella is only 15 minutes by taxi/car.

• Numerous shops can be found in the nearby El Zoco complex (10 minutes walk), including a Supermarket, banks and pharmacy.

• Local tennis club open to all, with squash and short tennis.

• There are a few local gyms that will allow one day/holiday use for around €5/6 at Club Del Sol and the McDonald Resort 'Dona Lola'.

• The area has a number of very good golf courses that can be reached by car or taxi, including the local course La Siesta.

• Although a car is recommended to explore the local area there are bus stops close by which take you both east and west along the coast.

Excursions and Places of Interest

Funny Beach Marbella - far more than a go-karting venue, Funny Beach is the ideal venue for lovers of speed, adrenaline and sheer fun. As well as go-karting both for adults and kids, there are trampolines, bumper boats and electric vehicles, not to mention an array of water sports and a beach club in the summer months. It’s located right on the beach towards Marbella.

Aventura Amazonia - located just 500 metres from the beach at nearby Elviria, this superb adventure park is just the ticket for anyone up for a challenge. You’ll find six amazing forest adventure circuits, complete with zipwires, rope ladders and climbing walls at various levels to suit all ages and levels of fitness. Safety harnesses are provided, along with plenty of advice and encouragement from the park staff and your entrance ticket offers three hours on the circuits of your choice.

Bioparc Fuengirola - representing a new concept of zoo, the Bioparc emphasises respect for nature and the preservation of species by recreating the natural habitats from various eco-systems around the world and encouraging the animals to live side-by-side. It’s known as an ‘immersion zoo’ where visitors can take a guided walk right through tropical woodland and discover the interaction between animals as well as learning about the environment. Open daily throughout the year, the park is in the centre of Fuengirola, just 15 minutes’ drive east from Calahonda.

Parque Aquatico Mijas - The largest water park on the Costa del Sol, Aquamijas is designed for pure fun in the sun, with a huge variety of pools offering everything from rolling waves to relaxing lagoons. There are waterslides of every shape and size to suit thrill-seekers of all ages as well as plenty of sunbathing areas, a bar and a restaurant. The park is generally open from May to September.

Aqua Arena - Not your typical water park, Aqua Arena is in fact a huge inflatable assault course moored in the sea at Golden Beach, Elviria, during the summer months. Fabulous, supervised fun for children and adults alike, the course offers a chance to challenge friends and family to leap, bounce, slide and splash your way to the finish. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult and sessions last an hour.

Other Places of interest

Marbella - At the heart of nearby Marbella’s Old Town is the delightful Plaza de los Naranjos (Orange Tree Square), its charming alfresco restaurants shaded by leafy orange trees. The surrounding buildings are full of character, many dating from the 15th and 16th centuries and with a blend of Arabic, Gothic and Renaissance architecture. From here you can wander down numerous cobbled streets to discover dozens of individual boutiques, tapas bars and cafés.

Puerto Cabopino - often overlooked in favour of its more widely known neighbours Marbella and Puerto Banus, the harbour of Puerto Cabopino has a reputation for being the most secluded and picturesque port on the Costa del Sol and is a popular venue for tourists. Flanked by golden beaches and pine forests, there are some excellent bars and restaurants to choose from, not to mention chic yachts and speedboats to admire.

Many other great family attractions can be reached within 15 minutes in the car including, Aqualand, Fuengirola Zoo, Crocodile Park, Tivoli World, Sealife Centre, Selwo Safari Park and Selwo Marina.

We chose this apartment because it is very tranquil and we loved the gardens and the fact that it is ground floor so is perfect for children. The property is situated very close to lots of bars and restaurants, and a short walk to the beaches which also appealed to us.
