This apartment has just been redecorated to high standards, and offers a luxurious holiday accommodation. located in a very central area close to the beach, promenade and restaurants.

Served with lift, this apartment welcomes you to a modern living experience, having all the luxuries one requires. All the 3 bedrooms are king size beds and the main having an ensuite bathroom, Kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher microwave etc, There are 2 balconies , one overlooking the pool which also has a table and one can eat out in the balcony , and another balcony overlooking the street, Everything is walking distance and the bus stop is only across the road form the entrance .

What makes this apartment unique

This apartment shares a communal pool , it is a large pool and also has a baby pool , so it is ideal for families, The TV has settle so there are programs in every langue , It all has Wifi internet connect, and many other comforts. I am sure you will love your stay at this property ,

I also have an agreement with a car rental company which is opposite the apartment and if you hire the car from him , he will prove you with a parking space , This is most comfortable as parking in Bugibba could be a problem , so i highly recommend.

We will be glad to organise your arrival from the airport , As we alway use the same company , which is family run, The taxi services is familiar with this apartment , and we trust them with the keys , The driver will pick you up from the airport and take you straight to the apartment and will see you in. This is a great benefit if your arrival is late at night time. In 1 hour from your arrival you will be enjoying this lovely property.

Brilliant Trip!

First time in Malta and it didn't disappoint! The apartment was lovely, really spacious for 5 of us staying. The block itself is quite dated but is currently being updated (so there was a bit noise but we were fine with that), however the apartment has clearly had a full refurbishment and is modern, light and spotlessly clean. Kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. Welcome grocery pack was really thoughtful and a great help until you get your bearings. Pool is lovely and free sunbeds available in the apartment to use round the pool. We had a problem with the electric one night and Sandra came round and sorted it out for us. Its in a great location just round the corner from the Square and really accessible for everything.

Loved Malta, so many scenic places to visit. Even the capital Valetta is not overpriced. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Amazing apartment in a great location.

Apartment is finished to a high standard. Everything you need for self catering in the kitchen. Excellent accommodation with children as the pool is perfect and the tv has lots of english channels to keep little ones entertained while parents get ready. Perfect location for getting around the island and see the wonderful sights of Malta. Alexandra is extremely accommodating and has excellent communication. Rented a car from EMM recommended by Alexandra. Lovely friendly service and you get a guaranteed parking space right outside the apartment.

Perfect family apartment

As a family of 8, 2 adults and 6 kids this was a perfect base. The apartment had everything we needed and was modern and clean. Plenty of entertainment for the kids. We had use of the shared pool which we had pretty much to ourselves. Sandra organised the airport transfer which was great and was on hand for any queries. The location was within 5 mins of the waterfront and there is a bus stop outside the front door which we took to Valletta which was approx €12 for the 8 of us. Perfect location for exploring Malta.

Excellent accommodation

After getting lost as the area has a lot of one way streets we met the Owner Alexandra who is lovely and so welcoming. The apartment inside is beautifully clean and the décor is modern and fresh. We found the kitchen well equipped as we cooked in quite a bit. It was nice to have access to the sky and cable TV. The bedrooms are spacious and the showers work well. We enjoyed sitting out on the front balconey watching the world go by. The apartment is in the right part of town with just a five minute walk down to the sea front where there is plenty of restaurants and bars. We especially liked The chef's table for authentic Malta food. Bognor restaurant for the view and lovely staff and Fat Harrys for the interesting environment. In retrospect we should have got a taxi to the apartment and hired the car from across the road. Although we didn't have problems parking sometimes it wasn't close to the apartment, and if you rent from across the road there is parking straight outside. We didn't go in the pool but it looked lovely and clean and the outside space is kept clean. We went to Valletta on the bus with a stop outside it is very easy and only 12 euros return for four of us. In Valletta we went to the Beautiful cathedral and the war museum. We went to the craft village which is worth a visit but a must is Mdina the walled city. We were very impressed with Malta and hope to return some time.

Very nice, modern flat, located near pubs, restaurants and sea. Close to the bus stop.

Bugibba is an ideal holiday location, This apartment is in a very central area,and only a few minutes walk to the seafront and Bugibba promenade which takes you all the way from St Pauls Bay to Qawra point , where there is the aquarium, and Cafe del Mar, The cinema is also a few minutes walk away. Shops , bars and restaurants are all surrounding this lovely comfortable apartment .
