A lovely , location and apartment with great views and facilities. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The pool area is lovely.

If you are looking for a quiet location with good access to the Coast, Monaco or the mountains this is ideal. Highly Recommended

Comfortable apartment with huge terrace and lovely shared pool

We had a great time staying in the apartment with our one year old son. It is comfortable, and the sun terrace is huge. The pool is also lovely and quite big. The kitchen is small but good for breakfast or making quick meals. It's not far at all from the centre of St Paul de Vence, but I would recommend having a car if you have small children.

Perfectly charming and peaceful retreat.

An enchanting, well equipped and elegantly decorated penthouse quietly tucked away in a residential valley with a splendid mosaic swimming pool and a beautifully designed garden. Jean-Paul and Elina were charming, friendly and gave good advice about the local seasonal events and facilities. A perfect retreat we all enjoyed. We will return!

Very nice house in a beautiful location

We (a family of four) spent two relaxing weeks at the apartment. The apartment is nicely located, has a large terrasse and beautiful view over Colle sur Loup. It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk over to St Paul de Vence or to drive to the beach. The hosts are very friendly. The pool is about 10 meters long and in splendid condition. Thumb up and five stars.

Very nice penthouse in beautiful setting

We were very pleasantly surprised at the first sighting of the apartment and its surroundings. The directions, sent to us by the owner prior to our journey, were very helpful. The owners were very friendly and made us feel at home straightaway.

The apartment is adequately equipped for four with two separate bathrooms. There is a large pool in the garden. The apartment is conveniently situated for trips in the area, like St Paul de Vence, Vence, Grasse, Nice, Cannes, Monaco.

We had a wonderful time and hope to return one day.

Traumhaftes Anwesen

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen auf dem herrlichen Anwesen von Elina und Jean-Paul Faure verbracht. Trotz Abwesenheit der Vermieter haben An- und Abreise inklusive der Erstattung der Kaution reibungslos funktioniert. Das Grundstück ist schon fast ein - sehr gut gepflegter - Park. Der überdachte Teil der Terrasse bietet Schutz vor Sonne und Regen und einen Ausblick auf Colle-sur-Loup wie im Kino. Das Highlight ist der sehr gepflegte Pool mit zwei großen Sonnenschirmen, die zu jeder Tageszeit Schatten spenden. Herr und Frau Faure waren sehr angenehme, zurückhaltende Gastgeber.

Schweren Herzens können wir aber trotzdem nur vier Sterne vergeben, da die Wohnung an sich bis auf die beiden schönen Bäder doch recht schlicht in der Ausstattung ist. Dies hat uns nicht gestört, aber die Objektivität gebietet es, das im Vergleich zu anderen Ferienwohnungen zu berücksichtigen.

Noch ein Tipp: Wer auf Ruhe Wert legt, sollte wahrscheinlich eher in der Vorsaison buchen. Während unsere erste Urlaubswoche (im Juni) traumhaft ruhig war, fingen in der zweiten Woche ( im Juli) die ersten privaten Feiern und Urlauberunterhaltungen in der Nachbarschaft an.

Fazit: eine sehr zu empfehlende Ferienwohnung zu einem für diese Gegend unschlagbar günstigen Preis.

If you prefer fee Sports, various hikes are available in the surrounding massifgs. The sea is close with many beaches nearby.

the house is located in a peaceful environment with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. You are close to world famous tourist spots and are at the same time quiet away from the tourist flow.

The large pool 12 x 6 meter is available in the morning up to 13 hours.
