Our extra large apartment has 2 x private car spaces, and is also close to public transport, the city centre, art and culture. You will love our spacious duplex, which is over two floors, because of the private & secure neighbourhood, the stunning views of the marina from all rooms and most importantly, you will be only 5-10 mins drive away from Brighton City Centre but still located in the heart of the Marina, within walking distance to everything the Marina has to offer. Our apartment is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children ), and big groups. The property also includes WiFi throughout.

Spend a relaxing morning on the dining room balcony taking breakfast or on the lounge balcony in the evening with a chilled glass of wine watching the fishing boats returning with their daily catch, and the starlings who congregate in the evening to nest under Wetherspoons in the Marina

Local Buses & taxis are a only a 5 minute walk away near McDonald's to take you to the pier, main beach or town. Alternatively we have a beautiful quiet beach a few minutes walk away with rock pools, so bring your nets, buckets & spades!!

If you are a David Lloyd member, you can use the wonderful facilities they have to offer a short 5 minutes walk away, near the bowling complex & cinema

Our large local ASDA is also only a short 5 minute walk away for your food needs. For extra ease you can order click and collect prior to your stay

Why Joshua Ashby - Young chose Brighton Marina Village

We have been residents in Brighton for over 20 years now, and we never tire of it!. There is so much to do, whether it is wandering around the Laines, North and South, (we prefer the buzzy student part!), The Laines market on a Saturday morning, the wonderful Brighton Pavillion, Brighton Museum - which although small, is so interesting, or a drive to Rottingdean and spend an afternoon there, a pretty little tea garden at the back of their local museum. Try the boot fair in the Marina Car Park on a Sunday morning, or the larger bootfair sometimes held at the Racecourse on a Sunday. If you like the small photographs in this flat, the lady that takes them is at the Saturday market and the Sunday car park market.

What makes this apartment unique

This is the only property in the Marina which offers 3 balconies, all of which have a wonderful view of the Marina. Even on the darkest day, it's lovely to watch the changing weather, and if you are up early enough, to watch the fisherman return with their catch around sun up!

The provision of 2 parking spaces at the property is such a huge bonus and a premium in the Marina and Brighton

Gorgeous house in a wonderful setting

This is a beautiful, clean and nicely decorated home that was spacious and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and there were extra bedding and lots of towels. The owners were very helpful, accommodating and thoughtful, leaving a welcome basket with a few grocery items. The setting was beautiful with views of the marina. Close by is a small beach with tidal pools when tide is going out that our kids enjoyed. There's a great trail all along the underside of the cliff. The marina area provided lots of shopping, restaurants and attractions. Transportation was easy with the bus system and also a short walk to the cool electric railway that brings you to the pier. We had a lovely stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

Lovely spot for a family or group of friends

This is a perfect holiday escape. Three massive bedrooms, each with En suite. Very quiet and well presented throughout with everything you could need. Easy drive into Brighton, also a bus if you need and sure taxi is reasonable. The massive Asda on the marina makes stocking up easy.

Each room has a view of the boats. I wish we spent more time there to properly explore.

A very spacious and comfortable apartment with excellent views over rhe Marina.

There were five of us all about 60 or over but there was plenty of space to lounge about or to dine comfortably together. Everything was spotlessly clean and easy to keep tidy. Access was a bit convoluted at first but we soon got used to it and having two parking spaces was a boon, There was plenty to see and do both on the Marina and in the surrounding area.

There was only one adverse comment---- the ladies would have liked to have a dishwasher!!!
