About the property

This newly constructed modern finca is situated between the traditional town of Muro and the beach resort of Can Picafort on the Bay of Alcudia.

Although surrounded by countryside and totally private the house is just a ten minute drive from the popular Playa de Muro and Can Picafort white sand beach.

This air conditioned property accommodates up to eight guests in fabulous light and airy bedrooms furnished to a high standard and all with twin beds. All bedrooms have views over the gardens and surrounding countryside. Some have access to a terrace or balcony.

The bedrooms are served by three luxurious and spacious bathrooms all with walk in showers.

The sitting/dining room has a double storey ceiling and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. There is a large comfy sofa with chaise. Also a formal dining table and TV. There are numerous glass doors opening onto a large furnished terrace.

The eat-in kitchen is huge and state of the art with everything guests could possibly need to prepare wonderful Mediterranean cuisine. There is direct access to a covered dining terrace.

Outside you will find the pool which is surrounded by a lawned solarium with ample sun loungers and parasols.

The finca has a large subterranean garage where guests cars can be stored in the shade.

Just a short drive from the finca is the town of Muro where you will find, supermarkets, butchers, bakers, shops, bars and restaurants. The is a large traditional plaza where families gather on summer evenings.

Within a 15 minute drive is the town of Sa Pobla where it is posible to take a high speed train into the island’s capital of Palma.

Palma train station is situated close to the famous fish, meat and vegetable markets of Mercado Oliver.

Modern and well equipped villa for a family of 5 including 3 teenagers. Very clean and lovely pool

Villa Es Molis is a superb,ultra modern, new villa with good facilities and lovely pool. We were very pleased that the agents, Villas4RentMallorca, showed us to the villa as we would have struggled to find it. It is situated in an agricultural area but very private and quiet and a car is necessary. The villa itself is large and fully equipped with air con in every room. It is tastefully decorated and has a minimalistic feel to it and the photos advertised are exactly what you get. The pool is superb and was well used and the outside heated shower was a bonus and once the grounds have matured, this will be an exceptional property. My 3 teenagers reported that the wi-fi was very good. I would recommend this villa (but not for families with very young children). Booking through HomeAway was easy and gave me confidence to book.
