A well situated 1st floor flat near the river Stour and award winning beaches, perfect for walking and cycling. The accommodation has a fully fitted kitchen complete with all essential facilities including a washing machine and microwave. There is also a separate lounge and bathroom including a shower and a sunny outside sitting area for those summer evenings. There's plenty off road parking available to you. At the end of the street is a 3 par 18 hole golf course with Christchurch town easily accessible via Wick Ferry or a short walk.

Great for walks and cycling to Bournemouth or Christchurch and trips to the New Forest.

Or just take it easy.

About Phil

Hi our names are Phil & Christine who have been married for 33 years and still talking.

I am a local builder and my wife works for the NHS.

We have 2 grown up girls and 2 grandchildren who also live locally.

We converted the upstairs a couple of years ago to make it self contained and having its own private entrance.

We love the area as it is so local to the beach and the river where we go kayaking when the weather is good.

Phil purchased this apartment in 2007

Why Phil chose Bournemouth

The property is compact , quiet and cosy as we spent 4 months in it when the daughter and family were living downstairs. When they bought their own house l was reluctant to go back in our house as l was quite content to stay.

l suppose if we have a barney l have somewhere to stay.
