Our unique accommodation on the south side of the city has a surface over 130 m2 and offers you high class accommodation and premium service.

The spacious living and dining area with wide terrace in front, facing south and spreading the best sea view over the sea and islands. On the sunny terrace guests can have a dinner in the open air, but also enjoy in the sun, sea air and scents of the mediterranean.

This ideal place for a family or a group of friends has three large bedrooms, two with a double beds and one with two single beds. There are two supremely decorated bathrooms with walk-in showers and bath tub.

Our service will provide you with all what is necessary to ensure your pleasant holiday; beach towels, coffee and tea.

Gorgeous property and location, exceptional hosts

We stayed in the apartment for 12 days. Ivana could not have been more helpful, arranging airport transfers and helping with restaurants etc. Toiletries and beach towels were provided along with a mid stay properly clean. Easy walk to Split centre with access to beaches and beach bars. We recommend Ciri-biri Bella restaurant, Skippers pizza and Konoba Fratelli for a family meals. We loved sea kayaking and our boat tour to the blue lagoon and shipwreck. We would love to come again, thanks to Ivana for all of the thoughtful touches

Superb Apartment

A well appointed apartment in a peaceful area, close to town/beach and resteraunts. (uphill back to apartment). Our family of 3 generations thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment was fantastic with everything you need and great air-conditioning. The owner and manager couldn't have been more helpful. We hope to be back! Thanks

Stunning views and great location

Ivana is a great host, answering all my queries promptly and even organising airport transfer for us. The property is very clean and has much needed aircon in all the rooms. I wasn’t expecting this as other reviews said it only had aircon in the living room and main bedroom, so this must have been added more recently and was much appreciated. The apartment is in a quiet area of town with beautiful views over the sea. It took us 10-15 minutes to walk to the nearest beach and 20 minutes to walk to the centre of Split. We did worry about whether or not we should cancel our booking because of Covid19, but I’m very glad we didn’t. Having our own apartment instead of a hotel made us feel very safe, and Split is beautiful. We wore masks in the narrow side streets and shops but found we could socially distance in People’s Square, Republic Square, the Cellars of the Diocletian palace and all the museums. A lovely holiday!

An ideal holiday base in Split

We booked this property for a family holiday: two adults and two lads of 20 and 18. This lovely apartment provided us with a superb base in Split and we all had a brilliant time. Ivana sorted out a transfer from the airport, courtesy of the excellent Mario and we arrived at our accommodation to find an amazing fridge full of wine, beers and fruit juice. were was also enough fruit tea and coffee to keep us going through our stay - how generous a welcome! We used the supermarket about 10 minutes walk away towards Split for our shopping during the trip. First impressions: the wonderful view from the balcony with views of cruise liners, ferries and mega-yachts, as well as a family of golden orioles in a tree across the road; very effective (and almost silent for once) air conditioning and a bright and spotlessly clean living space. Although there was no access to UK channels on the TV, the boys enjoyed Netflix and could hook up their laptop for evening viewing. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The bathrooms were almost perfect: the only minor problem was that water from the second shower spilled onto the floor, so we chose not to use it and the seal in the main one also didn't keep the water in completely. I'm sure this can be easily fixed and it didn't spoil our enjoyment at all. We walked to the nearby beach most days: it was shingle and stone, so bring water shoes! There was a simple beach bar selling ice cream, coffee, beers and other cold drinks. Getting there was easy - 10 minutes walk - and the steps down are opposite the Mestrovic Gallery entrance (also well worth a visit). We walked into Split in the evenings to eat most days - a twenty minute stroll, perhaps - and found a very lively town with amazingly picturesque narrow alleyways and a great variety of super restaurants. During our stay, we chose to make two trips out. A day trip by bus to Krka National Park was the first. Although it was very busy there, we really enjoyed the experience of swimming in the waterfalls and the park itself was exceptionally beautiful. Fewer people would have been better, but it was a memorable day, nonetheless. The second outing was by fast rib to the lovely little port of Maslinca on Solta, the Blue Lagoon for snorkelling amongst the fish and an hour or so in Trogir - again well worthwhile! Thank you, Ivana, for letting us stay in you superb apartment: we would love to return to your great country for another holiday.

Pebbly beach with extraordinarily clean sea is only 250 m away from the apartment. Diocletian's Palace and main promenade Riva can be reached by foot in 15 minutes. The property is 500 m from one of the most attractive landmarks of the city new romantic seaside promenade and ACI marina where are settled popular trendy bars and superb selection of restaurants. If you feel like visiting the surroundings, check out Meštrović Gallery and Museum of Croatian Archaeological Monuments, both located 200 m away from the apartment and also Marjan hill with its beaches, forest, jogging trails, climbing and biking terrains
