Our private condo is 1,300 Sq. Ft. making it one of the largest in the resort. As a privately owned and managed condo, we can offer, at no charge, features and benefits that you would likely have to pay if the unit was under the Marriott’s management. As example:

• Expedited check-in procedure. No need to wait in lengthy, time consuming lines in order to get to your unit and unwind after your long day of travel. You can register at the front desk, at your convenience, after you had time to decompress and the check-in lines have dwindled.

• A chilled bottle of Prosecco and bottles of cold spring water greet your entry to unwind.

• While the Marriott charges $15.99/day for Internet service, we choose to subscribe to Comcast’s High Speed class of service which we offer to our guests at no charge along with Comcast’s HD TV service.

• You can stream to your hearts content on our new 4K UHD Smart TV’s in each bedroom and living room.

• This condo was professionally upgraded to meet the owner’s exacting standards. Not the “cookie cutter” refresh that most of the Marriott’s pool of units have experienced.

• This condo is located on the premier North side defined by the Marriott as “Ocean View” and does not face the construction on the South side.

Singer Island, along the Atlantic Ocean in central Palm Beach County, Florida, has long been a well kept “staycation” destination secret for South Florida locals. Now the secret is out, travelers from all over the world have discovered this desirable beach destination. The Resort at Singer Island Hotel Condo is a high end fully furnished luxury boutique condo hotel property offering an array of amenities in a fabulous ocean front setting which allows for work and play in equal measure. It is centrally located within all that Florida has to offer; a short drive to the Orlando theme parks or Miami and closer to home, near Palm Beach and legendary Worth Avenue. Fine dining and prestigious shopping abound and there are numerous activities minutes from the resort to satisfy your every need, museums, theater, unlimited water sports, parks and sanctuaries, world class golf, polo, and the list goes on.

There is no need to leave the resort to enjoy your stay, the resort offers a fitness center, multiple dining options, an alluring bar setting, and a beachfront tiki bar. Our unit is located on the preferred north side of the resort adjacent to Ocean Reef Park’s lush green foliage which allows for non obstructing sweeping views of the ocean, Intracostal Waterway and coastline. Seasonal views include stunning sunsets and sunrises. Ocean Reef Park has 2 manned lifeguard stations so just a few steps to the north puts you under the watchful eye of a guarded beach zone.

The unit is one of the largest of the 2/2 units in the building. Unlike other units rented directly by owners who may rarely or never visit the property this unit is frequently used by the local owner who makes certain that everything is up to their discerning standards. It is immaculately maintained and handsomely furnished, providing everything you need whether you decide to stock the full size fridge or order room service. Luxe bedding, a well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and 3 flat panel TV’s complete with movies on demand let you create your own personal sanctuary just steps from the ocean. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has two full size beds and each has an en suite marble bathroom. The living room is equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa and the unit sleeps 6-8 comfortably. Sit back on the inviting balcony and take in the beautiful surroundings.

Booking directly through the owner allows for substantial savings from the Marriott’s published rates and affords you all of the conveniences of a luxury ocean front resort, pool attendants, gift shop, beach activities, etc. at a reduced cost. Beach umbrella and beach chairs (otherwise available for pricey rental through the Marriott beach concession) a cooler, beach toys, and a full size electric grill are no cost upgrades offered for your convenience. Great room, but only decent property and location.

The room was very nice. Clean and updated. The Marriot lacked a high end feel. The pools were small with only one hot tub and a lot of shade. The food and beverage service around the pools was not consistent with a high-end property. Singer Island in general was not as exclusive as I expected. To do anything nice you had to leave for Palm Beach, which wasn't that big a deal as it was very close by, but still a surprise. In summary, nice place but I don't think the cost matched the experience. Property manager was fantastic to work with. He was very helpful and responsive.

Perfect combination of hotel luxury with comforts of home

A very spacious condo with well appointed kitchen and luxurious bathrooms. Perfect for a family vacation or couples. Located in a Marriott resort so you enjoy all the amenities you would expect from a high end resort, but since you are staying in a private condo you also have all the conveniences of home.

Jeff, the property manager, was wonderful to work with.

Top of the line

We had an outstanding stay at the Palm Beach Marriott Resort. Gorgeous grounds, lots to do, and Jeff Slee's unit was impeccable. It was spacious, beautifully appointed, and had all the comforts of home, including full kitchen and laundry. Kids loved the two pools and easy access to beach. Beautiful view from the balcony, on the opposite side of the building from new construction next door, which was a plus! Service was excellent throughout the resort.

This was a much more affordable option than booking directly through the Marriott as the nightly rate was significantly less and the minimum was three nights versus five.

Jeff was incredibly responsive both before and after our stay. He replied to questions promptly and thoroughly. We lost track of an iPad in the unit, and Jeff coordinated with his cleaning crew so we could ping the device when they were in the unit. The iPad was found and Jeff graciously offered to ship it out to is. Above and beyond!

We look forward to a return visit... kids insist!

Great unit & property but Marriott services can be expensive

LOVED IT!! In summary, 1109 is (a) great unit with (b) good management in (c) good location within building, on (d) very nice resort property with (e) great beach. Just be prepared for the potential of significant additional Marriott charges for services and a few cooking limitations for extended stays. I plan on releasing this unit as often as possible in the future.

Unit is located on north side of building with great views. South side of building has become MUCH LESS appealing with the noise, blocked views and shadows created by the construction of a new 17 story hotel, directly against Marriott property. North side at least on the higher floors has totally unobstructed views of both the ocean and inter-coastal area with only a large “green” public park adjacent to hotel. No need to ever close the curtains in this unit – day or night!! Property has a very large and nice beach with lifeguard service only a very short distance away at adjacent public beach.

This is a large (1300 sqft) and very well furnished / equipped unit with decent sized balcony off of living room. It has a very good supply of all basic kitchen, house cleaning and clothes washing necessities - all in very good condition. It is apparent that private owner and manager have taken TLC very seriously. Local manager, Jeff Slee, was VERY HELPFUL in advance of arrive with restaurant recommendations, independent activity resources and answering all general questions.

Substituting a convection microwave as a space saver vs. a conventional oven is far less than ideal for extended stays but apparently an issue in all rental units on this property. It is a shame that Marriott designers didn’t take a little more space out of the incredibly nice but proportionally very oversized master bath in this unit to allow expansion of kitchen to include space for an oven and 3rd/4th stove top burner. Yes, I do have building design experience and yes, no design is perfect.

Do be aware of Marriott’s direct and “significant” charges for food, drink and services. This is definitely a higher end resort but paying $29/day + tips for required valet parking and $30-$50/day for 2-4 beach lounges (although very nice), can add up quickly. Unit does provide very basic aluminum beach chairs if acceptable. Uber is also a logical alternative to car rental. Safe to say there are no bargains on Marriott food and bar bills either but that should not be a surprise.

Nice property nice unit.

The unit is as advertised, everything was nice and everything worked. Mr Slee was on top of things and seemed to take pride in making sure everything went smoothly, the Marriott staff was on top of things also. The furniture the finishes the beds and TVs were all nice. The pool was nice, the beach was nice, towel service make sure we did not need to bring any towels to the beach or to the pools. The Sit down restaurant was good, the service at the pools was good. A great stay will do it again if we are ever in the area.
