The Longhouse is a clean, modern building conversion located in the centre of the City of St Davids. The location boasts access to all essential amenities within a stones throw; including a supermarket, bus stop and childrens playing field. The Longhouse is one of the only vacation properties in the City that offers off-road parking for up to two vehicles.

From the elevated position of the City on the edge of the peninsular the sea can be seen on the horizon as you walk around and arguably some of the best beaches and views of the Pembrokeshire Coast are only a mile away toward Caerfai Bay.

After a long day exploring the breath-taking views you will feel at home settling down in The Longhouse in front of a wood-buring stove or cooking up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen.

Within a 10 minute walk of the location is the breath taking St Davids Cathedral and Bishops Palace as well as a number of boutique shops and restaurants

Well equipped, well located - a lovely hideaway!

The Longhouse is right in the centre of St David’s, making it an ideal location, especially if you fancy eating out in the evening. But it is tucked away so remains quiet and peaceful. Our stay coincided with a spell of very hot weather so we really appreciated both the private south facing garden and yet also the coolness of the house with its lovely thick walls!

Jenny provided a most generous and thoughtful welcome pack and that care and attention was reflected in all the lovely touches within the house. It was exceptionally well equipped and the big fridge freezer was particularly appreciated!

We found the large kitchen dining area - with immediate access to the garden - an absolute joy. In fact we rarely used the sitting room!

The one small drawback was the ensuite: taking a shower in it meant the floor stayed wet and in the end we decided it was easier if we all showered downstairs. But that wasn’t really a problem.

Popping over to the Supermarket for breakfast croissants was dreamy!! Would also recommend the Friday night (probably summer hols only) pop up takeaway pizza stall at St David’s rugby club. We left a flyer on the noticeboard.

All in all another great holiday in this lovely part of the world! Thanks Jenny for making it so comfortable and hassle free.

Well equipped, clean and a great location!

The Longhouse is perfectly situated within a couple of minutes stroll to the centre of St David’s. There’s on-site parking for a number of cars, a park literally next door for the kids and the one and only supermarket across the street - that said, as the property is set back from the road you wouldn’t know and it’s very quiet!

I’ve stayed in a few cottages and villas both in the UK and abroad and I have to say this is by far the most well equipped cottage I’ve ever come across. I could not think of a single thing that it hadn’t got plus some lovely thoughtful touches such as washing up liquid, washing powder and dish washer tabs. On top of this Jenny left us a welcome hamper, 2 pints of milk and some eggs! Very thoughtful indeed.

Really well equipped for young kids with a stair gate, bed guard, travel cot and mattress and high chair all available. That said, there are numerous flights of stairs so you may need to keep a bit of an eye on your children if they’re young!

Fantastic property to explore St David’s and the surrounding areas. Definitely recommended by us!

Comfortable well equipped property , tucked away in the centre of St Davids.

Very friendly owner made us feel welcome. The property is very clean and spacious. It’s within walking distance to the coastal path which means you can leave the car behind. There is restricted access to this property but we managed to get our Mondeo through it.

Thank you Jenny for a fantastic stay in the Longhouse. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean with everything we could need. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches that didn't go unnoticed. We were also extremely lucky with the weather too! However, it would have been nice to know how difficult it would be to manoeuvre the car back and forth the driveway before booking.

A great spot, central to St Davids. Jenny was a perfect host and was very kind to us. Such a warm and cosy cottage, with plenty of space for us all.
