Ideal for families and groups up to 12 PEOPLE for the possibility of joining it with the next apartment.(FOR GROUPS, CONSULT WITH THE OWNER) Located in the central SAN LORENZO DISTRICT, residential neighborhood of great tradition. 2 minutes on foot from the ALAMEDA DE HÉRCULES and LA MACARENA, 8 minutes from the Km. 0 of the city (La Campana) and 15 minutes from the CATEDRAL and other emblematic monuments (Giralda, Alcázar, Archivo de Indias, Theaters de the Maestranza and Lope de Vega, Tower of the Gold, Bullring of the Maestranza, etc.). In front of the RIVER GUADALQUIVIR, it is just 10 minutes from the ISLA MÁGICA Aquatic Theme Park and very close to the OLYMPIC STADIUM (the Great Marathon of Seville). The apartment is modern and very SPACIOUS and COMFORTABLE, and is decorated with great elegance since the owner of the property is professionally dedicated to Interior Design.

The American KITCHEN open to the living room, is fully equipped and has all kinds of household items and small appliances (coffee maker, water heater, toaster, blender, juicer and iron) and also large (washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and 100 liter electric water heater). In addition to having detergent capsules for the washing machine and for the dishwasher, we offer our customers a small reception of olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and various teas.

The SALON, very spacious and bright, has a dining table and chairs for 8 people and 2 sofas made by hand (1 of them is SOFA BED). It has a good sized flat TV and many decorative objects that create a very cozy atmosphere.

The South-facing TERRACE (balcony), with outdoor table and chairs, is very sunny, bright and very intimate, given its location in front of an old Sevillian convent.

The apartment has 2 BEDROOMS, one of them with 4 individual BEDS arranged in the form of folded bunks joined together, (SEE PHOTO) and another with 2 single beds, also joined. The main room has a built-in cupboard with drawers, shelves, shoe rack and space to hang long and short clothes. The second bedroom also has a closet 1,5m. equally distributed. All mattresses are made of latex or viscoelastic, pillows and nordic ones are made of fiber and the bedding is all of the best white cotton.

The apartment also has 2 BATHROOMS of elegant finishes, very well lit and fully equipped: large shower tray with glass partition, double wooden countertop with sink, bidet and W. They also have a hair dryer and a set of white cotton towels per person, plus hand soap, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper and cream and make-up remover cottons.(PLEASE USE THE REMOVER)

AIR CONDITIONING is centralized, with COLD - HEAT option, and there is also a ceiling fan in the master bedroom.

As EXTRA, having other apartments of the same owner on the same floor of the building, there is the possibility of renting them together and accommodating large groups of up to 16 people.

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities.

Beautiful and very clean apartment. About 20 minute walk to old town area. Beds were very comfortable and apartment had everything you could want. Host was very gracious and had good suggestions of things to do. Plenty of parking nearby.

terrific apartment!

We had a great stay at this apartment recently. Clean, great location, well appointed. Stefan met us at the apartment when we arrived and was very helpful in giving us information and helping us plan things to do and see while in Sevilla! I would highly recommend this apartment!

Modern and good location

We loved everything about the accommodations and recommendations given. It would have been 5 star review except there was a definite odor that did not leave all 4 days we were there. We had not seen this mentioned in previous reviews. We were told it was from a pool below but nowhere else could we smell it but in our unit. Otherwise it was well decorated, comfortable, good location, clean and modern building. Friendly greeter. I also recommend 2 sets of keys for a 2 bedroom unit. With 2 couples we ran into a few difficulties having 1 set. I did request 2 sets when we got there and was told there was just one set right then. Another positive was we never ran out of hot water. In other 2 bedroom 2 bath units this can be a problem but here it was great!

A lovely stay in Seville

The apartment that we reserved had an issue, so prior to our arrival Pepe arranged for us to stay in one of his other properties. So I can't review this property but we definitely appreciated being moved to another place which was wonderful and well-managed.

Five Stars!

This apartment was a great fit for our family -- it is brand new, perfectly situated for getting to historical sites, dining in (grocery shopping) and dining out (at Alameda de Hercules plaza and beyond). Carmen met us and was attentive to our needs. The apartment was clean and spacious. Great air conditioning system, appliances and wifi. Note that the street (which is only two blocks long) is challenging to find using GPS, so we recommend parking on Torneo at the nearest cross street -- ask Carmen for the name of this street that turns into Guadaquivir - and walking the 2-3 blocks to the apartment. Parking on Torneo is FREE so do not let passersby convince you otherwise. So nice to stay in a new place in an older neighborhood -- we highly recommend staying here!!

Excellent - Every aspect!

4 of us descended on Seville and met the owners representative at the apartment at the agreed time. Blanca, the lady who met us was on time, funny, efficient and a lovely young lady and, given the time, we would have met up with her socially....maybe next time?

Correspondence before arrival with Pepe,the owner, and his team (Carmen and Blanca) was clear and concise so arrangements were not a worry.

The apartment was everything we had hoped for and both couples were impressed with the layout and fittings. It was a place we could have stayed much longer than the 8 days we had booked.

Location was great. Quiet street but near the happening place of Hercules square (3 min walk). Here you can find many restaurants and tapas bars frequented by mainly Spanish tourists. We found a GREAT restaurant called Duo Tapas just off the square that serves great food and wine at a price that still leaves us all stunned. Staff were also excellent and a team of happy people which just enhanced the experience.

Our contact for the stay was Carmen who was extremely accommodating and responsive to the few queries/requests we had. All of which were met.

Final note, we visited all the major sites in Seville and did not need to catch a taxi once!! Great location!! Great appartment and great team......

It is 150 m. of the Bucarelli Palace. An ideal location to enjoy the cultural, monumental, gastronomic, family or leisure tourism, among others.

PERFECT LOCATION TO DO TOURISM ON FOOT:

From the apartment it is possible to ACCESS TO FOOT all the areas of greatest tourist interest. Taking a pleasant walk through the pedestrian areas of the city, in 8 minutes you can arrive at the km0 of Seville (La Campana), and in a few minutes more to such emblematic monuments as La GIRALDA, the CATHEDRAL, the Reales Alcázares, the Archivo de Indias, the Torre del Oro or the wonderful NEIGHBORHOOD OF SANTA CRUZ.
