With 5 bedrooms and able to sleep up to 12 people, Atlantic Beach House is ideal for those whose vacation philosophy is “the more the merrier.” And because it has a luxe in-ground pool and is only yards from the beach and the Atlantic Ocean, it’s also perfect for anyone who wants to spend as much time possible swimming, surfing, and basking in the Florida sunshine.
Set on nearly an acre of land, Atlantic Beach House is wonderfully private yet conveniently located. A private walkway takes you to the cinnamon-colored coquina beach, and numerous restaurants, shops, and golf courses are just a short drive away. You can even make a day trip of the Orlando theme parks… though once you discover the delights of the house itself, you may never want to leave the premises!
The pool area, for instance, is like having a private resort in your backyard. Start your day with an invigorating swim, and end your evening floating under the stars. When you’re not in the pool you’ll love lazing alongside it in a well-cushioned chair on the gleaming white patio. You can barbecue steaks and burgers on the gas grill and savor them while seated at the patio dining area--and because the patio is screened in, you won’t have to fight off buzzing insects. Should you prefer to eat indoors, the casually elegant dining table can seat at least 6 people, and another 4 can sit at the breakfast bar.
Almost as big a draw as the pool area is the game room, with a pool table, a games table for playing cards, and an air hockey table. Between games you can work up a sweat on the treadmill or the elliptical, or you can lounge on the couch and watch TV on the wall-mounted flat-screen.
There’s space for the whole gang to sprawl out for movie night in the living room. The huge--and hugely comfortable--sectional sofa can accommodate a crowd. It’s also a fabulous spot to stretch out with your laptop or tablet to take advantage of the free WiFi.
The living room leads out to one of the balconies--yes, Atlantic Beach House has several to choose from, all furnished with inviting seating so that you can kick back with a book and a drink amid the salt-scented sea breeze.
The living room is also adjacent to the breakfast bar and the recently remodeled kitchen. With its granite countertops and sparkling stainless-steel appliances, the kitchen just may bring out your inner chef. The plentiful storage means you can stock up on groceries at the beginning of your stay, rather than have to keep running out to the supermarket. This will leave you more time to practice your backstroke or search for seashells on the beach.
Catching up on your sleep is another important vacation activity, and it’s one that Atlantic Beach House makes especially enjoyable. Two of its 5 bedrooms have king-size beds, another 2 have queen-size beds, and the 5th has bunk beds, which will delight the kids. What’s more, one of the sofas converts into a bed for 2, so you won’t have to turn away unexpected overnight guests.
While all the bedrooms are spacious, with lots of storage and niceties such as TVs and full-length mirrors, the master bedroom is a standout. It includes direct access to a balcony--perfect for a romantic moonlit nightcap--and a lavish en-suite bathroom with a separate walk-in shower and soaking tub.
All 3 bathrooms will have more than enough fresh towels ready and waiting--no need to bring you own. In fact, you can pack especially light, as Atlantic Beach House has its own full-size washer and dryer.
Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a getaway with several couples, or a reunion with the old gang, Atlantic Beach House offers a dream location, stellar amenities, and beautiful surroundings. So what’s holding you back? Book your stay today, and get ready for your best vacation yet!

House was great. Plenty of room and had everything we needed. We found it easier to drive to the beach because the Painters Walk access is damaged from the Hurricane. The Heater on the Hot tub went out, we called maintance but to my knowledge they didn't make it out to repair it while we were still there. Luckily the weather for the most part was great and the kids could still swim, they just got out of the pool sooner than they would have if the Hot tub was working. House was in a great location for us. We enjoyed being away from the chaos of Spring Breakers.
We couldn't get to the beach because the private deck ladder was gone. No chairs were at the pool. No functioning remote garage door opener. The tv remote needed new batteries.
The house was as described, clean, roomy and we felt very comfortable during our stay. Unfortunately the beach access for the property was destroyed during Hurrican MATTHEW so we had a hard time getting to the beach. We were not made aware of this. Also the pool was not heated even though the rental agency said it will be heated. Some of the TVs didn't work (no cable box?!) Other than that we had everything we needed and the neighborhood was very quiet.
If you are traveling with little kids bring a high chair since they is none at the house.
The house is great, ample room for everyone, the problems were, the house fits 12 people but only seats 6 at the table. There were stools at the counter but not enough room for everyone to eat together. The other issue was the pool and hot tub, it was no where near heated enough to swim in, very big disappointment for the kids, the hot tub shuts off every 2 1/2 hours so if you do not keep going outside and push a button to start it there is no way to get into the hot tub on the spur of the moment you have to wait for it to heat up. I asked the pool people that came by but they are not allowed to alter what the owners have set, my response was the owners obviously are not the ones swimming in it or wanting to use the tub. We rent a house every year this one will not make our list of return to.
The towels were another issue, they give you 2 towels and 2 wash clothes on each bed, be prepared to do laundry if you want clean towels.
We are coming back next year!! The only negative thing about the house is the fact that the swimming pool doesn't have heat on it.. The water was cold.. Still we have a lot of Fun with the kiddos. Thanks
Our stay was amazing! Great place to stay with family. Plenty of fun things to do. Very clean! Just make sure you take plenty of towels for the pool and everything you need as far as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. We also could have used a few more kitchen items like a griddle and kid cups. Other than that, it was perfect:)
