Situated adjacent to golf course. This house with views of Glengarriff Harbour in the distance. Holly House is our largest 3 bedroom house all en-suite and sauna. Large living/dining area with cosy woodburning stove.. Complete with 2 terraces on different levels and surrounded by the estate's lush 150 year-old woodland. Ideally situated for touring either West Cork or Kerry and just 1.5 kilometers from beautiful Glengarriff village.

1. Your reservation will be confirmed in writing.
2. The price includes: bed linen, towels and all other household linen, as well as logs for the fires. Change of bed linen by request, not included in the price.
3. Electricity, oil heating and telephone are all on meters and not included in the price.
4. €100 - €500 security deposit to cover loss or damage, breakages etc., payable on arrival.7. Due to the number of simultaneous departures, it may not be possible to check all houses at departure time, therefore the security deposit will be refunded within 7 days to the client if there is no loss or damage to the house, equipment or utensils and the house is left in a clean and tidy condition.
5. No pets allowed.
6. Cots, if required, to be booked in advance.
7. Occupancy per house higher than number of beds, not allowed.
8. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to valuable or personal property and we recommend you have the appropriate insurance cover in force during your holiday.
9. The management may terminate occupancy if terms and conditions are not compiled with.
10. The proprietors, management and employees of Cashelfean Holiday Houses shall not be liable nor will accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage how so ever sustained by any person or persons weather arising under the express or implied terms of any rental agreement, or at Common Law (including any negligence of the proprietors their servants or agents) or in any other way whatsoever. The exclusion of the implied terms contained in Section 39 Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 is subject to the provisions of Section 40 of the said Act.
11. In the event of breach of contract on the part of the proprietors Cashelfean Holiday Houses howsoever arising any loss and/or damage including consequential loss sustained by the renter shall be limited to the sum paid by the renter to the proprietors of Cashelfean Holiday Houses.
12. Check-in between 4-7 p.m. Check-out 10.a.m.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
