This second floor unit is newly furnished with hardwood floors in the bedroom ,approximately 1150 sf with two bedrooms and 2 baths, tv in living room and master bedroom , washer dryer , granite counter kitchen with stainless appliances, a beautiful lanai to sit out and watch the golfers while sipping a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Just a short drive to beaches, shopping and area restaurants and entertainment . There would be a three month minimum rental .With the four month seasonal rental a unlimited golf pass will be included.On shorter rentals this can be purchased for a $200 transfer fee.Also in the development there are numerous pools , lighted tennis courts and plenty of sidewalks to get out and walk and see the scenery.

One of the two owners has had real estate in the Bradenton area for the last 15 plus years and finds the area full of activity and close enough to Sarasota and Tampa for bigger city life. About an hour and half drive to Orlando and all of the attractions there so everything is within a short drive.

What makes this condo unique

This condo is great for the seasonal tenent directly off the elevator on the second floor ,it offers a great view from the lanai and is in a very quiet building, a smaller pool is straight across the street and the clubhouse and large pool are a mile away.
