This stunning penthouse apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with views over one of the swimming pools and the gardens of this immaculately maintained development. There are 4 other pools in addition (one of which is heated), and the beach and Mediterranean Sea are only a few minutes (level) stroll away.The apartment itself is spacious and contemporary, and is ideal either for relaxing holidays, or as a base to explore Andalusia and the Costa del Sol . Puerto Banus is five minutes away . Marbella is ten minutes away and Estapona fifteen minutes away . This is a beautiful property and is ideally situated for families, groups and golfers alike. Parking is available outside the apartment on the road that runs around the complex . The en suite to the master bedroom has a spacious walk in shower and the second bathroom has a shower in the bath . There is a sofa bed in the spacious lounge so it can sleep 6 people . There is an open fire … The apartment has three terraces , one at the front of the property , one on the back overlooking a swimming pool and a spacious roof terrace all with seating available . There are ample bars and restaurants within walking distance and the beach , which is a few minutes walk away , benefits from two lovely beach restaurants . The property is available for short term rental in the summer months land a long term rental between October and April , winter months negotiable.

A spacious and well equipped apartment.

We spent a lovely week chilling out at this apartment. Its a great place to relax, around the pool or sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool. The well manicured gardens are a joy to walk around. The spacious apartment is well equipped and a good place to chill out. We were there during September and it was nice to see the grounds being so well maintained with lots of gardeners. Easy and safe parking in the road outside. Within walking distance there are many and varied restaurants and the beach is a short walk away. The owner was very responsive during the booking process, and with a minor problem we had during out stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great base to explore the area

We have just returned having spent two lovely weeks at this apartment. It was a great base for a mix of quiet relaxing pool days and to explore the Costa del Sol. The apartment is spacious and well presented and maintained. The grounds are amazing, well looked after with visible security presence and life guards at all pools. There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance to cover all tastes. The owner was very responsive during the booking process, very helpful and contacted us during our stay to ensure all was ok. Would definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful property located in a great area , close to the beach , five swimming pools . Very easy access to Peurto Banus , Marbella and Estapona . Great for sports people as it is very close to many championship golf courses . Has Tennis courts on the property .
