A set of stairs from the living area leads you to a landing with a beautiful ballustrated gallery which overlooks the living areas. There are 2 further upstairs bedrooms, 1 double with double bed and one single both rooms have en-suite facilities. Towels and linen are provided.

Off street free parking is in market street opposite the property and there are three car parks in the village two pay and one free a map of where to find them is displayed at the property. The village has a co-op supermarket open 7 am to 11 pm 7 days a week, beautician, chemist,2 butchers, a library,post office, dentist,barbers,beautician, doctors,vet, boots the chemist, hardware store, real estate agent and several public houses who serve food, a Chinese takeaway and a fish and chip shop. Newquay airport with flights from Gatwick is 5 minutes away. The beaches of Newquay, Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth and Bedruthan Steps are minutes away. Close by is Padstow with Restaurants of Paul Ainsworth, and Rick Stein and at Watergate Bay Jamie Olivers restaurant Fifteen.
