Quiet flat with a great terrace

The flat is a little outside the city centre but the transport links were pretty good. Situated on a road with a mini market, cafe, couple of restaurants, and bars within a minute's walk, nice terrace with afternoon sun.

Very pleasant stay in a great spot of Madrid

Great location in a calm and upscale neighborhood, which combines some characteristics of the more traditional Madrid with great shops and stylish bars. The communication with Marie Pierre was excellent, she was always available when needed before our trip and during our stay. The penthouse has everything that you might need, including A/C which is very important. Also, the terrace is perfect to enjoy the summer nights. It's very easy to move around the area and to park if you drive. You will be within minutes to the city center and iconic places like Templo de Debod, Casa de Campo, Plaza de España. Also, well situated for excursions to the Sierra de Madrid.

Good location in quiet suburb of Madrid

15 minute walk to station with 15 minute train journey into central Madrid. Safe neighbourhood with sufficient supermarkets nearby for day to day requirements. Apartment was clean but perhaps slightly tired in places. For 4 of us there was enough room and the air-con was a welcome addition in August heat (but only in living room). Outdoor space was good for relaxing after a busy day in Madrid, again outdoor furniture a little tired. It was good budget accommodation and met our needs, great base for exploring Madrid and also the opposite direction towards the mountains. It was really easy to get to the airport direct from Aravaca.

Piso grande, bien equipado y ubicación formidable

Reservamos la estancia para un grupo de amigos y la verdad es que estuvimos muy cómodos. Mucho espacio, baños grandes, bien equipada y perfecta ubicación. La atención por parte de la propietaria fue perfecta y no tuvimos ningún problema. Recomendable, todos los que nos alojamos salimos satisfechos.

Nice area, very convenient

Good quiet area with shops and cafes. Easy to get to centre of Madrid by cercania and metro. Helpful owner on site. We enjoyed our weekend in a great city.
