With fantastic views across El Chaparral golf course to the sea this Villa is perfectly equipped and located whether you are looking for a relaxing holiday, time on the beach, golf or visiting the many attractions locally. Newly refurbished including high quality bathrooms and kitchen and new air conditioning throughout. There are 3 bedrooms and if required a double sofa bed. The master suite has a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom including bath, Shower, sink, and WC; the second bedroom has a super king or twin beds and shares a bathroom (with shower sink and WC) with the third bedroom, which has twin beds. There is a further bathroom with a WC and sink. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned and open onto the lower terrace by the pool. The air-conditioned living area is unusually spacious and open and there is also a dining area with a large table, both opening onto the upper terrace. The newly refitted kitchen with granite worktops has an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, second fridge in utilty room, kettle, toaster and plenty of storage space. There is a washing machine in the utility room which has doors opening onto front patio with washing line. There is free high speed Wi-Fi and UK TV channels as well as a separate chill out area complete with Xbox 360. The two outdoor terraces and pool area are well equipped with a gas barbecue, plenty of tables, chairs, sunbeds and recliners to make outdoor dining and lifestyle a real pleasure - and the views are great. There is also a lower tier with an enclosed lawned garden ideal for children to play in (a table tennis table and badminton equipment are included). A car is recommended and there is a secure shaded carport. The villa is close to all amenities with the many shops, bars, restaurants, and glorious sandy beach of La Cala De Mijas just five minutes away. There are many places to visit within easy reach, and there is quick access to the many beaches and golf courses of the area. All bedding, towels and beach towels are included and there is also a cot and high chair available.

We looked at dozens of properties before seeing this villa and knew as soon as we walked in that this was the one. The property is very spacious and feels very private with great views across the adjoining golf course to the sea. The location is hard to match at the end of a private road overlooking a valley, not built up like a lot of the Costa Del Sol - you will know what we mean when you walk in to the villa and out onto the terrace! La Cala de Mijas is a very friendly town with a great variety of restaurants, bars and a lovely beach. The board walk stretches for miles past many lovely beaches and cafes.We think it is the nicest town on the sea front in the area and is within easy reach of Marbella, Malaga, Mijas and many other interesting places. We've loved staying here and are sure you will too.

Stunning villa in a beautiful setting.

Its often hard to do justice to lovely places with photos and words. This villa certainly exceeded the expectations generated by the descriptions!

As you enter through the front door, there is a large vestibule that leads into the lounge area with very comfortable settees and a huge smart TV. Two sets of glass doors open onto the upper balcony which has great views over the golf course to the sea. The tables and chairs here are, again, of very high quality. This is where we spent most of our evenings wining and dining!

On this floor there is also a large dinning room and a really well equipped modern kitchen, that has everything you could possibly need. There is also a cloakroom with washbasin and toilet and utility room with extra fridge freezer and a washing machine.

Head down the wide marble staircase and you come across the three bedrooms and an area with a sofa bed and TV with X box. The master bedroom has a very large en-suite with a big bath and separate shower cubicle. There is plenty of storage and a really comfortable king size bed. The other rooms have twin beds and a twin/zip link bed.

All the bedrooms have wide doors that open onto the lower balcony (another lovely shaded place to eat/relax) and from there directly onto the terrace that surround the large swimming pool. A refreshing dip first thing was a real luxury. Plenty of sunbeds, recliners and small drinks tables really help to provide a perfect area for relaxing and catching some 'rays'.

We didn't really use the garden area much, but it is very attractive and well tended. Again, it overlooks the golf course.

A really nice helpful couple manage the villa if you need anything.

To sum up, this is a beautiful villa in a lovely setting. It is fitted and kitted out to the highest standard, with no expense spared. There is plenty to explore locally but further afield Ronda and Gibraltar are only 1.5 hours drive away and well worth the effort.

We cannot recommend this villa highly enough.

Beautiful villa with great space, facilities and views

My family have just returned from a wonderful two week stay in this magnificent villa. The house is beautifully furnished, decorated and equipped to a very high standard, making it the perfect holiday base for Coasta Mijas. The house has heaps of space including ample outdoor living area which include two beautiful terraces, large garden, front of house patio and great pool and surrounding lounge area. The quality of everything within the house from bed furnishings; towels; to kitchen & pool equipment was to a very high standard. Our three teenage sons spent hours splashing in the spacious pool and enjoyed marathon sessions of table tennis and badminton in the garden (unlimited WIFI was also a major plus with them)! With seven of us staying in the villa ranging in ages from 13-85 yrs there was plenty of space for everyone to have moments of privacy and we never felt on top of each other.

Even though the house is in a quiet, tranquil area it's only approximately a four minute drive/20 minute walk from the centre of Coasta Mijas. The pictures on the website probably don't do the house full justice as it truly is a gem on the Costa Del Sol. We'll be back.....

Really lovely property in a nice quiet location

The house is really lovely and has been finished to a very high standard. It's got everything you could need on holiday and is a spacious, modern and very clean place to stay. The views from the balcony are wonderful and it's a relaxing and peaceful place to sit and chill out.

Everything worked perfectly - TV, wifi, all the kitchen appliances etc. It's very well equipped.

We didn't get chance to use the pool (February), but it is completely private, looked nice and well maintained.

The owner was super helpful in providing every bit of information you could possibly need and clearly really cares about his guest's experience.

I'd most definitely recommend this place!

Séjour Magnifique. La villa est belle, bien équipée. Tout est neuf. La vue sur le golf est magnifique. C'est très calme. La piscine est bien entretenue et l'accueil chaleureux.

On a private street in a quiet location and overlooking El Chaparral golf course, with many other golf courses within a half-hour drive. Less than five minutes drive from La Cala De Mijas with its plentiful bars and restaurants, Supermarkets, boardwalk and glorious family friendly sandy beach. Plenty of other activity nearby including horseriding, tennis, minigolf, cinema, and great shops 2 miles away in Las Lagunas.


Perfectly situated to see the best of Andalusia. From 5 to 25 minutes to visit the mountain white village of Mijas, Marbella with its glorious seafront and great restaurants in the old town, the marina at Puerto Banus, Malaga with its fantastic older town and markets, Fuengirola with its Bioparc and water park, and of course La Cala itself


25 minutes from Malaga airport. Car recommended although local taxis are plentiful and inexpensive. Plentiful supermarkets within 5 minutes drive
