New small purpose-built apartment on ground floor with small terrace and garden. Light and airy; 40 sq metres plus 15 sq metres of garden. Everything which Antibes and Juan-les-Pins has to offer within easy walking distance.

The Old Town of Antibes with its daily market, cool walks in the pedestrian streets. Pleasure port leading onto Fort Carrée. Picasso museum and Peynet museum. Le Cap d'Antibes with its quaint church next to the lighthouse.

Juan-les-Pins with its famous music festivals and busy night life. All this within walking distance!

Ideally situated to discover the rest of the Cote d'Azur (Cannes, Nice, Monaco...) and the hinterland (Grasse, St. Paul de Vence...)

What makes this apartment unique

Everything Antibes/Juan-les-Pins has to offer within easy walking distance. Very good public transport with regular train service to Nice, Monaco, Cannes......and buses inland to Grasse, St. Paul de Vence etc. Walk across the road and the sandy beach gives onto a small and safe bay; a swim before breakfast and/or as the sun sets, magic!

Fabulous flat in prime Antibes location

We enjoyed a fabulous week in this flat in the best location in Antibes. Perfect for the beach and all the fabulous restaurants in Antibes and the busy nightlife of Juan Le Pins.

Steve and his wife were very accommodating and helpful with travel information requests and bike hire for our stay. The flat was clean and of a good size, with all the amenities you need. The outdoor space was a bonus too. We will definitely be returning.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très confortable et plaisant. L'accueil s'est révélé sympathique et fort courtois. Nous avions toutes les commodités a notre disposition telles que le linge de maison, de l'epicerie et divers produits. Nous avons de plus tout particulièrement apprécié la situation de l'immeuble dans un secteur très calme, près de la mer et proche de la vieille ville d'Antibes, a un quart d'heure a pied du marché provençal.

Nous recommandons vivement cette location d'un excellent rapport qualité / prix.

Lovely apartment

We stayed here for eight nights and found the apartment very comfortable and well equipped. The terrace and garden were a real bonus. The apartment is very close to the beach and there is a supermarket and fantastic boulangerie just round the corner. A few minutes to the ramparts and the old town so all in all a good location. Thanks to Stephen and Liz for their hospitality.

excellent holiday

Apartments very much are suitable for rest of a small family. We had a rest with the small child two weeks, to us was very comfortable. Owners of the apartment provided for the child a children's bed, linen, towels to us was very pleasant. Also, we were touched by their attention when found on arrival in the refrigerator juice, water, and milk. The apartment is very close from a beach (50 meters), nearby there are a lot of restaurants, a small supermarket with a necessary set of products, a magnificent bakery (30 meters). The apartment very cozy, the interior is picked perfectly up, there is all necessary for life and even slightly more, feel at home. The small garden gives it the charm, creates feeling of the nature and at the same time isolation from the outside world. I disturbed a little that the apartment is on the first floor, but the street silent, quiet, and with the child it even is more convenient. Big plus place existence on an underground parking, especially for those someone travels by the car as in the city to park the car difficult and not so cheap. Owners very attentive, sympathetic and hospitable people, answered all our questions and wishes, provided extensive information on the city, sights, shops, restaurants and many other. Thanks a lot for our comfortable rest.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in Top Lage

Die Wohnung ist relativ neu und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Bei Ankunft war alles sauber und aufgeräumt. Der kleine Garten mit der normal bemessenen Terasse ist vollkommen ausreichend zum 'Draussen Verweilen'. In der Wohnung gut ausgestattet und alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad sind grössenmässig passend nur das Schlafzimmer und Bett sind etwas klein (Bett soll nur 1,40 Meter breit sein, wobei es uns grösser vorkam - bei der Länge wird es ab 1,90 Körpergrösse sicherlich knapp). Die Wohnung ist in einer guten Wohngegend gelegen und das Gebäude ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig.

Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage (max bis Mittelklasse zu empfehlen). Ein Auto ist in Antibes unseres Erachtens allerdings überflüssig (ausser zum grossen Einkaufen am Urlaubsanfang), da die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten (Cannes, Monaco, Grasse etc.) per Bus und Bahn gut zu erreichen sind.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal: Man ist in 3 Minuten an einem wunderschönen Sandstrand und in maximal 10 Minuten in der traumhaft schönen Altstadt von Antibes. Um die Ecke ist eine tolle Bäckerei und ein kleiner Supermarkt für das Nötigste. Sehr schöne und gute Restaurants gibt es wie Sand am Meer und es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. In Antibes ist einer der bekanntesten Märkte der Cote d'Azur (täglich ausser Montags) auf dem über Obst, Gemüse, Fleisch und Käse alles angeboten wird.

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei Anreise gestaltete sich völlig problemlos. Wir bekamen Tipps für Antibes (Einkaufen, Essen und Trinken) und die Umgebung. Auf jede Reklamation wurde sofort reagiert (Liegenauflagen, Knoblauchpresse, Deutsche Fernsehsender etc. wurden sofort organisiert). Die Vermieter waren immer per E-Mail erreichbar.

Alles in allem ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub. Antibes ist mit Sicherheit eine der schönsten Orte an der Cote d'Azur und mit der Wohnung macht man nach unseren gemachten Erfahrungen auch alles richtig.

Idéalement situé!

Super séjour à Antibes ! Emplacement idéal à 1mn de la plage, appartement propre, hyper fonctionnel et petite terrasse sur rez-de-jardin parfaite pour les petites pauses !

Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux et disponibilité, le RDV est fixé pour l’été prochain !

50 metres to sandy beaches, 200 metres to the famous Old Town with market, Picasso museum, port etc. The apartment is situated at the beginning of the Cap d'Antibes (a beautiful 9km walk or jog to do the complete circle). Juan-les-Pins, with its bustling night-life and famous festivals, is just 1km away.
