Building and apartment r / c restored in 2016, with patio and garden, 100m from the Metro (direct line to the airport), close to the city center, the river Douro, the Dragao Stadium, parks, art, culture and gastronomy , good for families (with children).
To the rear of the apartment there is a terrace and a small grassy area where you can eat outdoors, sunbathe, hose bath, play with the children.

Lovely flat in a real part of the city

We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. The locality is quiet at night, and you can walk into the city centre in 15 minutes. The flat was spotless and well-equipped. The host was very responsive to questions. Highly recommended.

Great location, well equipped and very clean.

Very comfortable apartment very close to the metro and main station, shops and bakers. Cesar, the owner, very helpful and very quick response to emails. Very clean, good shower and great Wifi connection.

Sehr gut organisiert vom Vermieter. Alles sehr sauber. Der Standort hat eine gut Verbindung zur Altstadt und alle Geschäfte, die man braucht in der Nähe. Der Vermieter stellte Milch, Saft, Kaffee und Obst zur freien Verfügung. Gerade der Kaffe war wichtig , da hier jede Unterkunft eine andere Kapselmaschine hat. Auch wurde vom. Der Mieter hat alles sehr gut erklärt zur Ankunft und Abfahrt. Bewachtes Parkhaus in der Nähe.

Fabulous place, fabulous host

I have never had a more welcoming experience than this! Our host provided us with 4 pages of helpful information prior to our arrival. We arrived to fruit, pastries, coffee & wine ! The home is well set up for a family with a lovely terrace. It is located close to the Metro, shops & a short 15 min walk to the tourist areas of Porto.
