Description of rental is accurate. First impression was lackluster.

My husband and I and our small dog stayed here 1-15-17 thru 2-28-17. Initial inspection was disappointing due to poor housekeeping issues and neglected maintenance. The issues were addressed immediately and things went smoothly after that. For you walkers, the assigned parking space is 250 steps away. Quite a few "visitor" parking spaces are nearer if your timing is good. You must be a contortionist to use the small washer in the unit, but a communal coin laundry facility is available 150 steps away. There are several dog owners in the complex which afforded our "Buddy" lots of "sniffs"; unfortunately many owners don't avail themselves of the provided doggie doo bags. There is a large and very dirty tree located directly over the patio which I imagine offers welcome shade in the summer but was extremely messy while we were there. A former tenant had installed a TV onto the dresser in the bedroom which was no longer there leaving a large blank space on the wall which would have been a nice place for a piece of art. Location was perfect for our needs. Four extremely good restaurants within short walking distance. The Continental golf course is located directly behind the units and is a well-managed and affordable executive course. Wonderful walking trails surround the complex as well as a great dog park less than 3 miles away. Friendly, professional manager, although he never responded to my request for a refund on our cleaning fee. Their maintenance man is a gem!
