Perfect accommodation in historic town

Absolutely loved this place. Walking in the front door was like walking back in time but with all the creature comforts and luxury you could need. Stefano was brilliant and welcomed us into his home. Everything about the accommodation was perfect, plenty of space, amazing bathrooms,, well kitted out kitchen. The fire place is amazing and can be used even in the summer. Arezzo has lots to do and is lovely and quiet, some lovely restaurants and the mediciean castle is worth the short walk. Highly recommend this place,

Amazing place

We stayed here for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon. The apartment is gorgeous and so luxurious with everything you could possibly need. All the amenities but you also feel you have stepped back in time. Stefano has done a fantastic job and is such a welcoming host. It's right in the middle of everything in Arezzo too - lots to do and so many amazing places to eat. We completely relaxed. Can't wait to go back and bring some friends to stay as well next time!

Stylish, historic apartment in lovely Arezzo

Locanda Bellavita is a conversion of the kitchens of a 16th century palace carried out with immense, style, flair and sympathy to the old building by Stefano, the owner. Stefano was a very helpful host - nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is located in the old part of the city. Arezzo has much fine art and architecture and splendid food. Across the road from the Locanda is a wonderful pasticceria where breakfast can be purchased every day - delicious! As it is off the main tourist trail, the main attractions (e.g. the amazing Piero della Francesca frescoes) are blissfully devoid of crowds. We will certainly return to both the Locanda and Arezzo.

Fabulous Place!

I can’t say enough good things about this home! The old mixed with modern is stunning. Stefano is an incredible host. He helped us plan a winery tour and advised us on things to do, we cooked, he started the fire for us when we wanted one, he even offered to come pick us up an hour away when we had car issues. If we’re ever in the Tuscany region again, this is where we will stay.

The perfect house in a perfect location

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful house and its host Stefano. The 3 bedroom 2 bath house was perfect for my family of 5. As soon as we walked in, my kids eyes lit up with amazement. This 500 year old house was a dream come true. The location is in the old town of Arezzo which is a perfect location for day trips around Toscana. Everywhere you want to visit is 1 hour drive or less. Stefano was the perfect host and helped us with wine tour reservations and gave my family a private cooking lesson that was so much fun..and delizioso! If you are looking for the perfect home away from home in the heart of Toscana, this is it.
