Beautiful house newly refurbished with two floors and a large terrace with views.

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE OF TWO FLOORS RENOVATED JUST IN FULL. It consists of 2 independent floors communicated by the exterror, in an urbanization with swimming pool and common areas. one or two plants will be opened depending on the number of guests. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with double bed, a spacious living area separated by sliding doors which makes bedroom with 2 pull-out beds, kitchen (oven, gas, refrigerator and dishwasher), bathroom with shower and large terrace umbrella!!! On the lower floor there is a bedroom with two double beds, and also a relaxation / dining area with a table for 6 people, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Hello everyone!! My name is Alberto. I am 31 and have spent some of the best moments of my life in the house. I love cycling through the woods, climb the mountain, to walk , climb. In summer it is wanderfull go to the lake and take a swim or take the kayak and have fun.

Albert purchased this bungalow in 1987

Why Albert chose San Martín de Valdeiglesias

My parents bought it when I was 2 years. It is an ideal escape for a weekend , a week or a month instead . They are quiet and relaxing areas to enjoy the most. My family and I have spent much time in it . There are a lot of nature and activities to do.

What makes this bungalow unique

Both on the beach and in the mountains when I get home I hit a dip in the pool before dinner. In winter nothing you can compare with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace when it's cold and raining outside , or stroll along the beach and enjoy the marsh last !!

I hope we see each other soon!!!

He can get to San Martin by bus (line 551) and then to the house you can order a taxi (about 10 €) or walk (they are 5 km). -If You come by car you can park right outside the door relax. • The pool is 2 minutes within the same area and swamp 15 min.

- Está totalmente PROHIBIDO FUMAR en el INTERIOR de la casa.
- Se puede fumar en la terraza. NO tirar colillas al jardín o al suelo.
- Los armarios y cajones donde ponga PRIVADO no deben abrirse.
- La basura se debe tirar en los contenedores al final de la calle.
- Al finalizar la estancia la botella de butano se sebe cerrar y la sombrilla debe quedar recogida y guardada en su funda dentro de la casa al igual que las sillas de la terraza deben guardarse en el interior.
- Siempre que se salga de la casa se deben cerrar todas las puertas y ventanas y asegurarse de que la sombrilla está plegada, suele haber fuertes corrientes repentinas de aire y ya ha salido volando alguna vez.
- Se debe mantener un buen respeto hacia los demás vecinos de la urbanización, evitando ruidos por la noche y comportamientos molestos durante el día.

- Las mascotas deben estar SIEMPRE en la terraza, por motivos de alergia de mi familia no pueden estar en el interior, los pelos se adhieren a telas y alfombras y son muy costosos de eliminar.
- Se debe encender siempre el aspirador de la cocina cuando se utilice.
- Cuando se utilice el horno se debe proteger con papel aluminio y asegurarse de que queda completamente limpio al finalizar. (hay un rollo allí)
- La casa se entrega completamente limpia, y por tanto se debe dejar en el mismo estado en que se encontró.

El 95 % de los huéspedes que hemos tenido son limpios y ordenados y no les cuesta nada cumplir estas normas, que son de sentido común, me suelen agradecer de hecho que todo esté tan limpio y ordenado, pero para aquellos casos en que no se cumplan dichas normas se descontará una parte del depósito para costear los gastos de una limpieza en profundidad.
