Very comfortable and clean. Convenient for town and amenities. Only slight improvements I would recommend would be a small freezer compartment in fridge and overhead light in second bedroom was not working.

Quiet location, but quite near to the old city, so that you can explore all sites there by foot. There is a supermarket around the corner, providing all what you need.
All rooms are furnished in the best of taste and well equipped with useful items.

Just one word - Excellent!
Lovely little townhouse equipped with everything you could need - down to a wheeled cart for your shopping and an umbrella! (Which, as the weather was ghastly was very useful!) The house was so close to everything. The Minster, The Shambles, Treasurer's House and The wall walk to name just a few. All in all it couldn't have been more user friendly. The supermarket is literally yards away across the car park. I have to admit if the weather had been kinder we would have enjoyed York more but that in no way took away from finding this little gem of a property. If you can get it - don't hesitate - book it! Everything was spotless and comfy. It was warm and inviting. What made it special for us was having a quality bath, good wifi and most of all a parking space! Everything else was a bonus and there were plenty of those! A real tribute to the owners and those who look after it.
