1st Floor Appartment close to the nursery slopes

Newly refurbished apartment has an amazing view from the balcony to wake up to each morning.

The flat consists of a separate Kitchen and Bathroom and Living/sleeping quarters containing two single beds and a couch sleeping two comfortably but a third can share (especially a child). There is a separate new room with bunk beds to create sleeping for four persons. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet and sink with hairdrier. The apartment contains all mod cons except WiFi due to the age of the building not allowing it's installation.

All restaurants and bars on and off the mountain have free wifi. We are in walking distance of the nursery slopes and a ski route to the main 120K of slopes. It is a beautiful resort to ski without being over busy. The area pass allows you to ski in 53 other resorts a including Zell am See, Kaprun, Leogang, Saalbach and Hinterglemm and Gasteins.

In summer the mountains are lusciously beautiful for walkers, bikers and site seeing. Skiing or sight seeing has Zell am See is approx. 1/2 hour drive along with Leogang Saalbach and Hinterglemm. Salzburg is an hour away by road and there is a picturesque train ride between Salzburg and Saalfelden our biggest, nearest town. Badgastein is 40mins away by road and Kitzbuhel is about an hour. We are very centrally positioned to reach many tourist attractions, There is a indoor pool in the village and an outdoor pool in the next village - Maria Alm. All the hotels do great food and without robbing the bank.

When we walked into the flat the view stole our hearts and filled our dream. The flat has recently been updated to a high standard by local trades person. This flat can now sleep 4 persons and enjoy the advantages. 2 sharing for peace and quiet, or for 2 Adults & 2 children with the children being in view from the windows sledging or building snowmen or in the summer playing on the hard-core court- basketball and cycling.

What makes this apartment unique

The view is stunning to wake up to what ever time of year you stay. Watching the sun hitting the peaks as it rises in the morning and in reverse when setting, sitting on the balcony in summer enjoying a glass or two. Walking starts from the front door and skiing on the main resort is a short walk down the street and the nursery slope is only a 7 min walk.

The area is generally unknown to the English. Food and drink are reasonably priced in bars and restaurants which are all individual. Skiing is for all levels and there is a good extensive fun park for snow boarders, 2 x cross country courses in the village with others available in local villages to the valley floor. In the summer the mountains are an amazing walking area, hill cycling and off road mountain biking along with local swimming pool in Maria-Alm. Within an hour of the mountain village of Hinterthal is Kitzbuhl, Badgastein, The Ice Caves, Zell am See and Leogang,Saalbach & Hinterglemm.
