Well appointed 2 bedroom townhouse, with amazing views of the coastal area of Peyia and Coral Bay. Ideal for guests who want a peaceful, relaxing holiday. Property on a small complex to the east of Peyia village which is around a 10 minute walk away. Private balcony and communal pool. Fly screens to all windows. Parking outside front door. A car is highly recommended.

On entering the property there is a good sized kitchen area which is ideal for your self catering requirements. There is a cloakroom also on the ground floor level. Moving towards the lounge area are the stairs leading to the first floor and the dining area to the right of the property. The cosy lounge area is ideal to relax in to watch UK and International TV with full FREE Wifi useage. Leading outside you can relax on the sunny balcony, dine alfresco or sunbathe on the comfy sunbeds.

Moving upstairs the master bedroom is well appointed with a double bed, complementary furniture, plenty of storage and a small balcony to sit out and admire the stunning views out to sea. The second bedroom has twin beds, storage and a small balcony also.

The property has a newly refurbished shower room with a large walk in shower, ideal for freshening up after a hard day in the sun or on the beach!!

Fly screens are fitted to all windows.

There is a communal pool which is for the private use of the complex.
