Duplex in Sotogrande, in Cádiz (Spain). Sotogrande is one of the most exclusive and luxurious urbanizations in Europe. This duplex apartment is located in the best and most central area of the urbanization, next to the El Octógono Beach Club and the Sotogrande Maritime Club. And very close to the Sotogrande Golf Club. It has 2 double bedrooms (one of them en suite) and two bathrooms, kitchen and large living room, in the living room there is also a sofa bed. It also has a large terrace with exceptional views from which you can see the Mediterranean Sea, the mouth of the Guadiaro River, Gibraltar and the coasts of Africa. The house has all the appliances. The house is perfectly renovated and decorated.

AWFUL and Stressful Stay

1)The flat was DAMP. The sheets smelt of mothballs. The drawers stink of damp. We woke coughing. 2)Roof top terrace was filthy with dirty tarpaulin with old water and stones over the furniture. 3)Very limited river views from terrace if you don't sit Down. 4) owner (Ana) promised to refund us our money if we moved out to a nearby guesthouse.But she refuses to take my calls or reply. Bruno does not answer my emails.

Etat général de l'appartement très délabré, cuisine rouillée âgée de 30 ans, trace d'infiltration au plafond d'une chambre, peinture écaillée et se détachant du plafond de la sdb, poubelle rouillée, ménage non fait avec toile d'araignée sous les meubles, oreillers très sales, ménage non fait, casserole non adaptée à la plaque de cuisson... Suite à notre appel le propriétaire a accepté de nous rembourser les frais de service de dont nous attendons toujours le crédit sur notre carte. Nous avons des photos pour justifier tous les éléments ci-dessus. Dans l'attente de votre réponse. Cdlt, M.ARANUD

Bel emplacement au calme mais Terrasse inexistante!

Duplex charmant au joli mobilier, situé au pied du Rio. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour mais nous sommes extrêmement déçus par l’inexistence de la terrasse mentionnée et en photo sur l’annonce. L’accès à celle-ci était bouché par du mobilier empilé encombrant la vue de la chambre. Aussi, quelques éléments manquaient; un système de chauffage plus efficace pour lutter contre l’humidité et le froid, des tapis au sol notamment dans les chambres (carrelage extrêmement froid), une bouilloire et une cafetière.
