The "Quarries Paradise" apartment is located 150 meters from the spectacular Playa de Las Canteras. It is a comfortable apartment of 55 square meters exterior, bright and airy fourth and last floor with elevator, in a very quiet and careful building built in 2005.
It consists of a separate bedroom with king-size bed (2m x 1. 50 m), kitchen-dining room, living room with sofa bed, baby cot (optional) and a full bathroom with tub.
Among home appliances available are: electric and induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, iron and hair dryer.
There is also Internet access with fiber optic and free Wi-Fi and TV.
This apartment is not suitable for people with disabilities or dependency.

The norms of the interior regime of the community of owners will be met,

Bicycles are not allowed in the apartment or in the common areas.
The guest and the host will check the house and its equipment at the entrance and exit, to verify its correct state and operation, users will make correct and adequate use of what is contained in the apartment and a responsible consumption of water and electricity, not making no type of drill, hole or work.
The apartment is registered in the General Tourism Register of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands to develop the activity of Vacation Home, being necessary, the referral to the General Directorate of the Police the information relative to the people who stay (so it is essential identification of all guests).
