This reverse level house has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout and every room benefits from the mesmerising views of the bay. A perfect escape from day to day life, the house benefits from both a first floor balcony and lower level verandah, which are both relatively private places to sit to take in the southerly aspect and enjoy grandstand scenes.
Fiddlers Green is certainly an exceptional place to stay. A sweeping driveway drops from the road and instantly you see the dramatic view. Arranged in reverse style to allow the living rooms to benefit from the uninterrupted panorama. There is a large kitchen / breakfast room with small sitting room; leading to a main sitting room with access onto the balcony. The master bedroom is also on the upper level and has exceptional views.
There is access for all abilities on the upper ground floor with ramps provided for wheelchairs and the en suite wet room to the master bedroom has full disabled facilities.
Ground Floor: Kitchen / dining area and small sitting room. Large sitting room, master or family bedroom suite with a double bedroom with 5' bed, leading to a bedroom with 1 single bed and cot (children only really) with wet room with walk in shower and full disabled facilities, utility room.
Lower Ground Floor: Family room consisting of zip & link beds (making a 6' double bed) and single bed. There is also a pull out bed, making a total of four single beds or 2 singles and a double, en-suite bathroom with separate shower. A double bedroom (5' bed) with an en-suite shower and a twin/double bedroom with zip and link beds (making a 6' double bed) and en-suite wet room with WC.
Exterior: Ground floor balcony with external furniture. Lower ground floor terrace partly covered by the balcony with sun loungers and BBQ facilities available. There are steps leading down through the garden to the road below, creating a short-cut to the village.
Facilities & Services
Heating is via oil fired central heating and the wood burning stove. The kitchen has a range of modern equipment. There is an electric oven and induction hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, day fridge and dishwasher. There is a separate utility area with fridge / freezer a washing machine & tumble dryer. The sitting room area has a flatscreen digital Sky TV & DVD player, radio and iPod dock. There is Superfast broadband available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board.
Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Regrettably no smoking or dogs are allowed. A cot and high chair are available on request. A stair gate is also available on request.

Short breaks are available during quieter periods.
