Little Egret is located on the first floor of the popular Beach Hall right in the heart of St Mawes. Overlooking the pretty harbour and out over St Mawes Bay, the apartment is a perfect place to base yourself on the idyllic Roseland Peninsula. The building is just a few steps from the shops, a couple of well known pubs and for the kids, there is a beach (covered at high tide) just over the road.
Beach Hall is a really popular building in St Mawes as all the apartments share one of the village's finest views from a terrace. The Beach Hall roof terrace has an astounding elevated view over St Mawes harbour and bay. Relax, sunbathe in appropriate weather, read a book or just watch the boats come and go in the harbour from this wonderful spot.

Heating is via night storage heating. The kitchen has a range of modern equipment. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry facility in the basement area with washing machines & tumble dryers. The sitting room area has a flatscreen digital TV & DVD player, CD & Radio. WiFi is available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board. There is a high chair.
Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is 1 dedicated parking space in the car park. One well behaved dog will be permitted at a small additional cost of £25 per dog / per week, although please remember that you cannot leave dogs unattended in the property alone. Regrettably no smoking is allowed.
