Located close to the centre of the historic market town of Bodmin, this lovingly converted barn is in a very convenient location for exploring Cornwall. The north coast is within a 20 minute drive and much of Cornwall is within easy reach because of the proximity of the A30 to the property.
The barn is superbly converted and features a modern fitted kitchen, wood flooring throughout including under floor heating. There is also plenty of off road parking.
Ground Floor Only: Entrance hall leading to open plan kitchen / living room. Main bedroom with king sized bed and a twin room followed by a separate bathroom with over bath shower.
Courtyard outside property: With circular table and chairs.
Facilities & Services
Heating is via under floor heating. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven & gas hob, kettle, toaster, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave. The living room area has a flat screen TV with freestat. The TV has HDMI and USB connectivity and you're welcome to bring your own devices/cables to connect. There is also a CD player & radio. A cot & highchair are available on request. There is an iron & ironing board available. There is WiFi available at the property.
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. There is one designated parking space outside the property. There is further free parking on the nearby road. We regret that no dogs are allowed. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. A maximum of 4 guests are permitted including infants.

Short breaks are available during quieter periods.
