A superb apartment in a convenient, accessible part of the city

This comfortable San Roque apartment in Las Palmas was a great base for exploring and walking in the hills in the north of the island and was very well equipped. The old town of Vegueta was 15 minutes walk away and amazingly there always seemed to be a parking space for our hire car in the crowded little street outside the apartment - a big advantage when you see how little parking there is in the city! A nearby supermarket served us well when we chose to eat in and we were loath to leave at the end of our trip. Many thanks to our lovely host for a memorable stay.

Excellent appartment, Ideal location

The apartment was very clean comfortable and roomy for two people and well equipped. The wi fi was excellent, and it also had uk tv with catch up.

Julien was very helpful and keen to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

It is only a twenty minute walk to the Old Town, and thirty minutes to the main bus station, where there is a good bus service to anywhere on the Island.

If you are looking to stay in Las Palmas would recommend this property.

Verguta visit

We found Julian very helpful and friendly. The flat is comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need. It has a large supermarket very close by and near a bus stop from which you could go into town in a few minutes if you don't want to walk.There is a good bus service to regional towns like Teror.

There are good shops and cafes. We visited the Colon museum which is fascinating and the contemporary Atlantic art museum housed in an impressive modern building.Thank you Julian

Excellent apartment

We had a fabulous time during our stay. Apartment was lovely and clean with a lovely patio. Very modern with good facilities. Wifi was excellent. Owners are closeby and very helpful. A short walk away to old part of town which is beautiful. Nearby supermarket and a little local cafe/bar at top of the road. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Ideal for a short stay near downtown and cruise terminal.

We needed something close to cruise terminal and to see the sights in Las Palmes and this was ideal.A close 15 minute walk to downtown,restaurants,drugstore,food store and some local goings on.We especially liked the clothes washer to prepare for long cruise,good internet and quietness.Would stay again.
