Ideally positioned on the beautiful and undulating North Norfolk Coast, within easy reach of the excellent sandy beaches at Hunstanton, Brancaster and Holkham. Nearby are the RSPB bird and nature reserves at Titchwell and Snettisham. Excellent walking to be enjoyed along the Peddars Way Trail and Coastal Path. A network of quiet lanes and local trails provide good walking and cycling opportunities. The Royal Sandringham Estate and Museum (open to the public when the Royal family are not in residence) is 3 miles. The market towns of Fakenham, Swaffham and the medieval town of Kings Lynn offer shops, cafes, restaurants and inns. Idyllic villages of Snettisham, Burnham Market and Holt are all within an easy drive. Shops and pubs 1½ miles.

Ingoldisthorpe Hall, built in 1745, originally named Mount Amelia, stands in 30 acres of private grounds and parkland (the owner lives within the grounds of the estate) and offers exceptional views across the Wash. It is just one of a few Grade II* listed country houses in England and offers a substantial venue for discerning large families and groups wishing to holiday together. The Hall has undergone major and award winning restoration and is decorated in a sympathetic way adding contemporary facilities guests would need, with a large formal drawing room with 18th-century working fireplace, second reception/dining room known as The Long Room and the formal dining room with wood-burning stove and seating to accommodate up to 24 people. In addition, there is a games room with widescreen 42" satellite TV, pool table, table tennis, darts, football table and wi-fi. Three of the double bedrooms boast a four-poster bed with four of the nine bedrooms having en-suite facilities. The large country kitchen has an Aga, American-style fridge/freezer and breakfast table for ten guests. Outside, there is a beautiful York stone terrace that boasts unparalleled views across the Wash and gardens, a perfect spot to simply relax and admire the sunsets.
