3 cars may be parked in the garden area, with further parking on road, but please be mindful of other residents parking in the area.

York Cottage is a large detached house situated just a short walk from Brancaster beach, the coastal path and Brancaster Golf Club. An ideal family house with plenty of space inside and out, the property is a much used and loved second home, furnished in a traditional country house style. The large walled garden at the rear makes it ideal for families, especially with children and pets, and inside and out there is plenty of space for everyone to eat and sit together. The village of Brancaster has a good village shop and a pub serving food. Apart from the beaches, the golf club and sailing in Brancaster Staithe, the RSPB Titchwell reserve is 5 minutes away by car. Burnham Market with its numerous shops, cafes, pubs is about 4 miles. Away from the coast, both Sandringham and Houghton Hall are nearby as are other numerous attractions for children and adults.
