Ground Floor

Sitting room: A good sized room with seating for 7, a TV and DVD and woodburner.

Kitchen: The kitchen has been recently refurbished and has: washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and new ceramic hob and a microwave. The separate larder has a fridge freezer.

Dining Room: The dining room seats 8 and has a high chair available.

Bedroom 1: A single room.

Bathroom 1: A newly fitted family bathroom with electric shower over the bath, w.c. and basin.

First Floor

Staircase: One staircase leads from the dining room, the other steeper staircase leads from the hallway. Both have a turn at the top.

Bedroom 2: Stairs from the dining room straight into a twin bedroom with a door to the adjacent double room.

Bedroom 3: A double room with king size bed and hand-basin. This room is accessed through the twin room or via the second central staircase. Bedroom 4: A twin room.

Bathroom 2: A family bathroom with bath, w.c. and basin.


A very pretty and enclosed large garden with lawn borders and trees and great views out over the surrounding fields.

Garden furniture and a barbeque available.

Oil central heating included.

Parking off road for 3 cars.

2 dogs welcome at £15 each

Set within its own large, enclosed garden with views over the surrounding fields, Longacre is a traditional Grade II listed cottage retaining many of its original features. The sitting room now has a wood burning stove which stands in the recently exposed inglenook fireplace, and the original pamment stones have ben relaid. New curtains, carpets and furniture, together with refurbished bathrooms mean the property is both attractive and comfortable. Its rural situation make it a safe place for both children and dogs and is ideal for those who want to be near the coast but out of the crowds. Warham is a quiet, country village but only 2 miles from the busy town of Wells-next-the-Sea and the beautiful north Norfolk coastline. Holkham Hall with is impressive parkland and beach, is just 5 miles away and Burnham Market with its boutique shops and famous Hoste Arms pub is 8 miles. Warham's country lanes and its proximity to the Norfolk Coast Cycleway make it an ideal base for cycling ('On Yer Bike' Cycle Hire at Wighton, 2 miles away!), and the quaint village pub famous for its gas lights and pies is only a 2 minute walk away. Look out also for the Neolithic fort!
