Large holiday house in private setting with large garden and swimming pool

Masia Plana de Novarra is a large and spacious villa with room for the 20 people. It fits perfectly for multiple families (or one very large) on holiday together. Furthermore, it is located in scenic surroundings on the top of a hill, so you can enjoy a great view in almost every direction with thePyrenees rising in the north.

The garden, pool area and terrace is really a big plus and will enhance your holiday. Firstly, there is a large swimming pool with a size of 55 m2, which will be a great joy for everyone in the holiday group. There are stairs into the water. For safety reasons, the pool is fenced and you can overlook it from the terrace, which is a nice thing if there are small children with you on holiday.

The covered terrace lies by the house and it is the perfect place to cook and enjoy the homemade dinner. There is a great BBQ grill and two long dining tables that you can put together.

There is also a garden area with lots of trees and sitting areas where you can find shady places to relax. Just below, there is a new football and basket field, where you can play all kinds of ball games. There are also table tennis and swings in the garden.

On the ground floor houses a huge, well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, stove, two dishwashers, microwave and other necessary utensils. In addition, there is direct access to the large terrace. Try enjoying the dinner outside in the warm evening hours! Otherwise, there is a long table inside with space for up to 22 people.

There is a large living room with sofa area and flat-screen TV, billiards and table football. There is also a small bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.

Almost all the bedrooms are on the first floor. There are 10 double rooms in total, where some of them have balconies and lovely views. Eight of the ten bedrooms have double beds, while two of them have two single beds, which you can arrange as you wish.

There are six modern bathrooms in the holiday home.
