Lantern Loft is a perfect St Ives cottage combining central location, gorgeous sea views, well-equipped with SKY TV (basic package) and free WiFi, two bedrooms, accepts a pet and is within short walking distance of the nearest public car park of St Ives train station.
The front door is on St Andrew's Street just down from the church and a walkway leads you around the corner to Lambeth Walk where the views of St Ives harbour, the beach, Smeaton's Pier and Godrevy Lighthouse are unrivalled, all of which are also enjoyed right from your living room window. The view is simply magnificent and what better way to soak it up then stretched out on the chaise longue style sofa offering the ultimate relaxation whilst watching the world pass by with a favourite tipple in hand. The living room has a large sofa and armchair with SKY TV for some in-house entertainment. Just off the living room is a step up into the dining area with a dining table and four chairs. Wall to wall shelves house books, binoculars and games for family fun. Three steps down from the living area lead into the kitchen which has a washer/ dryer, fridge, freezer as well as oven and hob and is equipped perfectly for family holidays. From the kitchen, a wooden stair case leads upstairs to the master bedroom which has a king size bed and an en-suite WC and wash basin. The room has a fresh feel with perfect ambient lighting to create a soothing and relaxing place to take an afternoon nap or get a good night's sleep. The twin bedroom is also accessed via steps down from the kitchen and has a built-in wardrobe with twin beds that can also make a king size bed if another couple staying. The main bathroom is on the same floor as the twin room and has a bath, separate large shower, Saniflow toilet and wash basin.
Lantern Loft is pet friendly and welcomes couples to come and stay with their best friend any time of the year. The beach directly in front of Lantern Loft is dog-friendly all year round and is accessed when the tide is low. The main house rule is that your dog should accompany you whenever you head out for the day or evening, please ask for some dog-friendly eateries/ beaches or places to visit.
