About this property

Step through the door and leave your troubles and hectic life behind. The first thing you will see upon entering the house is views to the beautiful 64 foot pool! The living room has a pool table by the fireplace, a lounge area perfect for an evening cocktail, and 2 sets of French doors opening to the pool. The open floor-plan leads to the gourmet kitchen and great room, which has a 65” high def, flat screen TV, leather sofas, and the dining table.

The private master bedroom is on one end of the house and has a eurotop California king size bed, a large walk in closet with custom wood cabinetry, a 55” high def, flat screen TV, and a large bathroom with his and hers sinks, a shower, and a separate bathtub. French doors open from the master to the covered patio by the pool.
The additional 4 bedrooms are on the opposite wing of the house. Two of the bedrooms have queen size, eurotop beds, flat screen TV’s, and private bathrooms. The remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and have twin and twin extra long eurotop beds.

The 5 bedroom, 4 ½ bath home has 10’ ceilings throughout and is conveniently situated in La Quinta by Fred Waring and Jefferson Streets. It is just minutes from the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, PGA West, Old Town La Quinta, and all the amenities the Coachella Valley has to offer.

Loved This House

Great house! The pictures don’t do it justice, much bigger than they show. We really loved the kitchen, it was spacious and so well equipped. Having the 5 bedrooms was perfect for us when our children and their families visited us. Everyone really enjoyed the pool. We found the location worked well for us and all we wanted to do. Working with Susan and Carlos was easy and they responded quickly to our inquiries . We will definitely stay here again.

Great house in a good location.

We wanted to be close to the BDCC and the location worked well for us. The house is nice sized and in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed for two months and had our kids and grandkids come for a week. We all enjoyed the hot tub, nice sized pool and pool table. Susan is great to work with, checked in with us and was very responsive. Would definately stay here again!

The host is the best ever

We have never had an owner as great as Susan. She was proactive and checked in with us to make sure everything was as expected; one small issue emerged and she addressed it right away. Property was exactly as advertised, spacious and well equipped. Our positive experience started before the rental when she gave us some ideas that also saved us money while increasing our enjoyment. We have rented around the world, typically with great results, but Susan, her home and her team are the best of all!

Relaxing family vacation

Finally something positive in 2020. The house is great, it was large enough for my immediate family. The grandkids were able to do their online schooling in one area of the house, while the rest of the family could still go about their business. We stayed a month, and all we needed was our clothes and food. The house was very well stocked. The backyard is fantastic. We were in the pool everyday, and by the time we left the grandkids were swimming like fish. If you like to walk, there is a nice walking path behind the house. There are numerous markets within a few miles of the house. Susan responded very quickly to any questions we had. We will be back!
