Sunrise Village is a small, family oriented community with only 36 units. Each unit is individually owned and operated. We are located on West Beach about 1 mile from the heart of Gulf Shores (1159 West Beach Blvd, Gulf Shores, AL 36542). Our beautiful stretch of the beach is truly unbeatable. The white sands and clear waters are welcoming year round!

Enjoy a medley of fun family entertainment, unique shopping, delicious dining and all the reasons to retreat to the sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters of the beach. Nearby tourist attractions include the Gulf Shores Zoo, The Hangout restaurant, The Warf, The Track, golf courses, putt putt and the Outlets in Foley. Wave’s grocery and package is conveniently located across the street for those last minute needs along with S & S Seafood market, Island Ice Cream and The Beach House restaurant.

There are 2 bedrooms both with queen beds, 1 full bath with a shower/tub combo and a new pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We offer a family friendly atmosphere, with new bedding and linens, washer/dryer, flat screen TV's in all rooms, private outdoor pool and convenient location! Recently painted and updated in February 2016. The buildings are raised on stilts with parking underneath which can accommodate two regular sized vehicles or one oversized SUV/truck. No boats or trailers are allowed.

Please note you must be at least 25 years old to rent and we do not allow pets or smoking in the condo. A copy of your drivers license is required with your reservation.

Sunrise Village is a small, family oriented community with only 36 units. Completely painted and updated in February 2016. We are located directly on the beach side of West Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores (1159 W Beach Blvd, Unit 116 Gulf Shores, AL 36542). Convenient 2 car parking directly underneath your unit! Forget about long elevator rides up and down every time you want to leave your condo....not at Sunrise Village! The complex is located directly across the street from Waves Package and Grocery store, S&S Seafood Market, Island Ice Cream parlor and The Beach House Restaurant! If you forget something or you want a quick bite to eat, its literally steps away! So many family fun activities are within a 5 minute drive or short walk....we realized from personal experience a long time ago that 'vacationing' should be just that- location is everything....why spend half the time on your vacation being inconvenienced when you don't have to! Sunrise Village is a wonderful family vacation retreat and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

The condo was very clean, nicely furnished and decorated. Had sufficient dining and cook ware. Location was perfect, not too close to town but still close enough to local bars and restaurants. Beach and pool were just steps away. 👍🏻

SUNRISE VILLAGE - FANTASTIC STAY

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Village. Steps away from the beach. Beach was not crowded. Convenience store directly across the street from Sunrise - - the guys in store went out of their way to be very helpful and accommodating. Already planning our next visit. Would recommend Sunrise Village Unit 116 to anyone considering a trip to Gulf Shores. So glad we landed on VRBO and this unit.

Everything we needed right on the beach!!

This place was wonderful. Quite, clean and a wonderful location.

We came to celebrate my 30th birthday. Just 4 of us, so the space was just perfect! We cooked and did laundry just like we were at home. Walked right out to the beach each morning, left our stuff there when we came in for lunch and went back out later! We also enjoyed the pool alot! It is smaller but we loved it! We had a wonderful time!

Rented a pontoon from Hudson marina, went to Hazels for a seafood buffet ( and crab legs)

Got henna tattoos at island girls. We enjoyed drinks and music at The Hangout and Pink Pony the last night. We Will definitely be going back with more people and our kids. It was a great atmosphere.

Location is Everything!!!

The condo size was perfect for my husband and I. The decor was charming and the bed we slept in was very comfortable. With the close distance to the beach, we were able to set up our items and not worry about anything happening to them. Very safe location. We will be back for sure!!

Highly recommend!!

Easy booking experience, easy check in. Condo was cute and clean! Right on the beach. My family went on 4th of July weekend, so I was happy to find out that the condo was a little further down than most of the busiest parts of the beach. The store across the road was also very convenient! I would definitely recommend and hope to be back!
