Luxury at the beach. Totally renovated in 2015, just like a brand new condominium with many high end amenities. This spectacular condo is approximately 1,620 sq feet of light drenched living space with ocean views and soothing ocean breezes. The unique Southeast corner location of this unit not only provides a sense of space seldom seen in competing condos, but also creates a bright and airy indoor/outdoor ambiance to enjoy life at the beach.

SeaPlace 12214 is a two-story unit overlooking the ocean and beautiful community swimming pool. There are plenty of outdoor chairs and tables on the two spacious wrap-around balconies where you can relax and take in the views and ocean breezes. The new outdoor bar table and chairs is our favorite place for morning coffee, lunch and cocktails.

Our unit was completely renovated in 2015 utilizing higher end finishes and materials including Cambria quartz counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms and Italian porcelain floor tile on the first floor.

The spacious eat-in kitchen has new white cabinets, accented by a gorgeous 'sea glass' backsplash, quartz countertops, designer lighting and new stainless steel appliances. You will find the pub table to be perfect for your morning coffee or wine in the evening. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker and new blender.

The main living and dining area has been totally redecorated in a chic coastal motif, enhanced by a new 60' pedestal dining table from Ballard Designs, with seating for six. The first floor entertainment center features a 42-inch HDTV smart flat screen with a DVD player. The unit is equipped with wifi for fast internet connectivity. The convenient first floor powder room was also remodeled with updated vanity, flooring and fixtures.

On the second floor there are two generous bedrooms. The comfortable guest suite has a new queen-sized bed and a twin daybed, both accented by designer furniture, linens and fabrics. Here too is a 39-inch

Smart HDTV. Our guests will enjoy brand new towels, pillows and sheets.

The adjoining en-suite guest bath has been fully remodeled with new wall and floor tile, bath tub, vanity and quartz countertop.

The redecorated master suite comes with a comfy queen bed, triple dresser, brand new 39-inch HDTV with DVD player and huge walk-in closet. It also has a private wrap-around balcony equipped with table and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the ocean breezes.

The master bath is truly beautiful and was totally re-modeled to create a large walk-in shower, his and hers double sinks and even a comfortable window seat to take advantage of those ocean views. This spa-like bathroom is accented by beautiful Carrara marble tile, Cambria quartz counter tops, designer lighting and high-end faucets and hardware.

This very special condominium has interior amenities seldom seen in other rental units. It’s location is superb as it is only a short walk to the expansive sandy beach but yet is convenient to Publix, Winn Dixie, numerous restaurants and downtown St. Augustine. My wife and I have been vacationing in St Augustine for some 30 years.We love its laid back lifestyle,it's history and architecture as well as the fabulous ocean beaches.We recently were able to purchase a condo in Saint Augustine that we felt was very special owing to its size and the fact that it was a corner unit providing beautiful light and a sense of spaciousness.We decided to renovate our condo to make it very special.We hope to enjoy condo from time to time as we vacation from our home base in Sag Harbor New York.

We have rented numerous condos in St Augustine over the past 30 years and what attracted us to our condo at Sea Place was it's size being over 1,600 square feet and that it is a corner unit with windows and sliders on two three sides of the condo making it light and bright resulting in a sense of real space.Also there are two wrap around balconies on both floors enabling one to enjoy the ocean views and breezes.

What attracted us to our condo was the following:the large size over 1,600 sqft,the wrap around balconies with walls of glass on two sides providing exquisite light and the fact that it is only steps to one of the most fabulous beaches in the United States.Plus the inground pool is only steps from our condo.The location of Sea Place is second to none,close to Publix,great restaurants and down town St Augustine.

Excellent decor and ocean views

We visited St. Augustine for our anniversary and a friend's birthday. The access to the beach was great. The décor was very nice. A very nice pool. The balconies were a plus and had a nice ocean view. The condo had everything we needed. We would rent again.

Beautiful condo

True to pictures, this condo is beautifully decorated and maintained.While it is not oceanfront the huge balcony still offers a view of the ocean. The unit is well stocked and even offers 4 beach chairs (well used) and a beach umbrella. Being an end unit this condo has wrap around windows offering ample light and I feel more square feet. Plenty of space for a family of 5 to relax. The owner is available to communicate with if any problems should arise. Great stay!

This unit by far is the best place I have ever rented in the last 20 years of travel. When you look at all the amazing pictures online seeing is exactly what you get. The unit is immaculate and equipped with everything you could possibly imagine. We only needed to bring beach towels and are clothes. We had everything we needed to cook and the comfort of the unit we truly felt at home. If you are looking for the most beautiful beach, pool, and short driving distance to St Augustine this is the place for you! The owner Kevin and the Property Manager Patty went way above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing family vacation.

It had comfort, décor, location. The owners have taken such a personal touch to this condo. Everything you needed was there. We have been coming to st. Augustine for over 40 years and it was nice not to complain about anything. I hope their will be availability to come back again.

Wonderful Vacation!

We absolutely loved this place! The condo was modern, clean and beautifully decorated. Our 8yr old son and 6 yr old daughter loved the boogie boards and sand toys that were provided. We easily walked to the beach every day and loved how our condo had views of the ocean and overlooked the pool. I wish we never had to leave.
