Located in safe guard-gated complex next to the top resorts in Cabo. Walk to Cabo's best beach -- Medano! Condo is located on the 4th floor in an elevator building. Onsite are two large swimming pools, free underground parking, free hi-speed WiFi and all the high end finishes you would want in a vacation condo like granite counter tops, marble floors, stainless steel appliances, wine fridge and large Flat Screens with SAT TV -- bonus is we have US stations! Your condo is setup and fully equipped for every need with an in-unit washer and dryer. The condo has a dedicated property manager too that can arrange airport transportation, golf excursions, activities, dinner reservations, in unit massages, and much more.

Step outside the gates of this completely secured complex with 24/7 Security and you are one block to famous Medano Beach (one of the few swimmable beaches) and walking distance from shops and restaurants. Enjoy morning and evening walks along the miles of beach. No need to rent a car at this fab location. For those who dont want to walk, taxi to downtown/ Marina is about $8. Taxis are parked just outside of the gates

For those who want a quieter beachfront haven, we also have a 2 bedroom / 2 ensuite bathrooms condo on the beach in a luxury complex on the beach just a few minutes from San Jose del Cabo (vrbo/896602) . Watch whales and dolphins play from your private balcony. Each bedroom has ocean view and balcony. Complex has fitness center multiple pools and spas, tennis courts. Property was pretty condo very nice

Close, but not too close, to the Action

Our family of four (2 adults and a 2 and a 4 year old) stayed in this condo in May 2018 and thought it was a good value given the space, finishings and proximity to Medano Beach and the Marina. Medano Beach is less than a 5 minute walk away, however we found that the beach there was still quite steep and rough and that if you walk further down to the main part of Medano (by Mangoes and The Office) it is a much better place to swim. The Marina is about a 15-20 minute walk away. The condo itself is spacious and well equipped for cooking. We enjoyed having our own BBQ. The pools were very clean and usually empty or with only a few people. Hugo was very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed being welcomed by him and his DELICIOUS guacamole! I did try to call him once to ask a time sensitive question but found that the numbers he provided did not work - not sure whether I was dialling incorrectly (I tried with both the area code and without) or if the numbers are out of service. The reasons I gave the condo only 4 stars instead of 5 are: The condo faces the main road and the traffic noise is very loud. It made enjoying the patio a bit difficult. On Saturday night car after car went by with very loud thumping music and fireworks were set off very late (eg 2am). I'd recommend bringing earplugs if you feel the noise will keep you awake (the traffic noise wasn't too bad for sleeping any other night, just Saturday night because of all the partiers). With that said, given the proximity to the beach and marina, I feel the noise is a bit of a given, and if we'd been closer to the main part of Medano I can only imagine the noise would be much worse with all the bars playing music late every night, not just saturdays. So I feel this trade off was ok. I was also disappointed as we were under the impression that the two twin beds in the second bedroom could be converted to a king. It turns out that when they are pushed together there is still a giant crack between the two beds (unless I'm totally missing something - but given the design of the beds I don't see how it is possible to not have a big gap). This was not ideal given that I end up sleeping between my two children most nights and didn't enjoy trying to not fall between the beds. People planning for a couple to use the room with a Kin bed would likely also be disappointed. Overall we thought the condo was a good value that was close, but not too close, to the action. Very spacious, modern place

Very spacious, modern apartment, large kitchen and living room. Covered parking space, very short walk to the Madeno beach. There were very few people in the building, so we had the pool almost to ourself. Easy check in and out. Karen (owner) was very responsive to our emails. Wonderful vacation.

Penthouse #601, you can't go wrong

From the beginning Karen (owner) was a pleasure to deal with, start to finish. We've stayed in other units at the complex and this one has the best quality in furnishings, entertainment etc. The central location makes this complex the ideal spot to be close to the action of Medano Beach or the Marina then being able to retreat back to the calm of Peurta Cabos Village. There is no need for a car everywhere is walkable or a short $7 cab ride. The problems mentioned in the previous years of the locals partying accross the street has been dealt with and is now non existent. We stayed 30 days and had no problems. Also this unit has upgraded multipane windows which reduce traffic noise compared to other units. Lastly I can't forget to mention Hugo and his staff. In the 3 years we've been coming to Puerta Cabos Village his crew has done an excellent job in dealing with any minor issues, arranging transportation, check in / check out or just advice on any local attractions. 5 Stars

We love Cabo and after many years of visiting we purchased a piece of paradise. Southern California is home for us but as busy professionals we can't wait to be sitting on the balcony looking at the Sea or strolling to Tabasco's or The Office on the beach for happy hour (all day)

Why they chose this property

It's new and beautiful and it's adjacent to the beachfront resorts on Medano Beach. Short 5 minute walk puts you on the sand where anything you want to do is right in front of you.
We loved it so much we just bought the new end-unit Penthouse. Now you have a choice of 4th floor (405) or the Penthouse (601).
