3 br, 2 ba, condo on the indian river bay with panoramic views. Great place for relaxation and family vacations. 11 acres of open property with large pool. Located on the 2nd floor, our condo has a fully equipped kitchen, w/d, lr with dining area. Front and back balconies. Great place for kayaking, windsurfing, boating, biking, wake boarding with golfing close by. Five minute drive to bethany beach. The condo has been completely updated in the last 2 years including new bathrooms, new floors in kitchen and new carpet throughout. We have added wifi and a new washer dryer

Property and location were very nice. Well stocked kitchen, the entire unit was very clean. Beautiful area. Everyone loved the large pool and the proximity to the beach. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back.

Great place!

Comfy condo with plenty of space for our family of 5. The huge pool was a lot of fun and the location put us right in the middle of anything we wanted to do from Rehoboth to Ocean City. We had a great week!

Summer 2023

Another great vacation in the books. Our accommodations were perfect. We love the view from our porch and even saw dolphins. We have been coming here for over 8 years and it never disappoints. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need and the family room is large enough for our group. Looking forward to next summer.

Our stay was outstanding . The condo is beautiful . It is central to several beaches & restaurants . We are hoping to come back next year .

We love this area and being on the water. Cedar Shores is a very peaceful with beautiful water views of people boating, skiing, kayaking , paddle boarding and wind surfing. It is very large property with a lot of open space.
