Mor-a Llyn is on Sandy lane, a quiet lane yet close to the beaches, village and restaurants . Rhosneigr is known for it's water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. There is ample parking to the front and side of the property. The house has recently been refurbished and has a lovely nautical homely feel about it. There are Sea views from the back of the house and upstairs bedroom. The property has two double bedrooms downstairs and two twin bedrooms upstairs. There is also a separate toilet and sink upstairs. Large sitting room with L-shaped sofa and dining area, seating 10, BT Broadband and TV. Kitchen has electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. There is oil central heating.

My wife and I have been bringing the children on holiday to Rhosneigr for many years and have always dreamt of owning a house there. Mor-a-Llyn came up for sale and with some juggling, we managed to buy the house. We then spent over a year nipping back and fourth decorating and modernising trying to give it a relaxed beachy feel. The house is on a quiet street just out of the way of the busy high street. There is plenty of parking and a safe garden for children. The interior has a nice airy feel about it and you have a view of the sea from the back garden. There are also good views of Snowdonia and lake Maelog

Wonderful week at Mor-a-Llyn
The house was ideal for our family of 8, consisting of 3 generations from grandparents to a toddler. We are missing the views of the sea, mountains and lake we had from the living room. The garden was just perfect for us to eat out on the patio, and safe for the children to play. Only 5 minutes to the shops and the beach, yet it is so quiet. Easy access and parking, which isn't always available in Rhosneigr. We will recommend this house to all our friends.

We have just enjoyed a really relaxing week at the house in Rhosneiger. The location is excellent being within 5 minutes walk of the beach.
The property is really comfortable and spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Llan-a-Mor; ideal location in an active village with great beaches
Just back from a superb sunny September break at Paul’s place.
Llan-a-Mor was just right for the two of us proud grandparents, plus daughter and diddy grand-daughter of 3 months. The web details were an accurate reflection of the property. It’s a light airy bungalow thoughtfully styled to be easy care and pleasing to the eye with lots of new stuff (mattresses, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, TV) mixed with the old.
We could easily stroll to both beaches and all the food places. Sandy’s was good for Sunday lunch and we even walked to the Oyster Catcher for a teatime meal with a view.
The bungalow’s location close to start of Sandy Lane would be perfect for the summer months. There’s plenty of off-road parking and it’s just a 5 minute amble to the beach but you are outside of the probable madness of summer traffic. We were there after schools had restarted.
Rhosneigr is a great village with plenty of beach spreading both sides of the village with choice of sand or rock pools, quiet or busy, depending on your willingness to walk. The front wasn’t particularly pram friendly with no prom but we could still view the kite surfing from vantage points with benches. Well worth a return visit.

The bungalow is available primarily for weekly lets but shorter breaks may be made by arrangement in low season. Rates vary depending on time of year and Bank Holidays. (See the chart below) A deposit of £150 is due at the time of booking and converts to a security deposit at the start of your holiday. The security deposit is returned within 7 days, as long as the cottage has been left tidy with no damage. Changeover Day: For weekly bookings our normal changeover day is Friday. Weekends available off season. Cleaning will be done between 10am and 4pm, so departures need to kindly vacate by 10am and arrivals after 4pm please. Alternative timings by arrangement.
